I couldn't be more thankful for this animal hospital! My cat boki went to the emergency room with a blockage and peoria animal hospital was able to take over the care of my cat after that. They gave me all of my options and truly made me feel like we were a team working toward the improved health of my pet! I've met all five doctors on previous visits and all are wonderful. I have also met all of the support staff who are all caring and incredible helpful. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you so much peoria animal hospital!!!

I have never been to a more professional, caring VET ever. This VET - everyone of the Dr's is amazing. ONE doctor that truly is a ANIMAL WHISPER - she really takes the TIME with you and your pet, never rushed, smart, loving, answers all your questions. All the teeth cleaning, surgeries, check ups, and illness - she was there. DR. LEANNE CROW. She was MEANT to do this. We had to finally put our baby boy - our loved doggie of 15 years of age - down yesterday. They took him in and went over all the steps, gave us all the time. She was so touching they way she did everything and even hugged me. Our hearts are broken in half - but NEVER would anyone human have done it better. GO to PAH now - sign up - use them and ask for DR. CROW. Thank you to Cassie too - and Dr.'s assistant - everyone. Thank you. In memory of Marley Bob :)

We were looking for a New Veterinarian Office that seemed to care about us & our fur babies. Saw a lot of post about Peoria Animal Hospital & gave them a call to schedule one of our babies in. Was a little concerned about no reminders of a appt ( they said they called but didn’t ) but day of appt what a great visit & learned a lot. Thank you to the Vets wife understanding our dog was not dog friendly to other dogs ( even though we have two others at home) & she got us to a room right away, I was struggling.The Veterinarian was amazing we loved his insight, knowledge & experience. We learned a lot & thought he took the right time to address all our concerns & courses of treatment available, no pressure.We will start slowly with things he suggested since we know our boys system & see what is exactly working & give it time & adjust.It was refreshing a Veterinarian like that have not seen sinceDr Charlie Sink since we been here in Arizona.The Tech was amazing since my boy was a little aggressive to other dogs she was able to take my credit card & check us out so we could slide out the side door to avoid other dogs, was nice how they worked with us.We will be back soon & move our other babies over to them as well just wish they do a military discount 10% helps with 3 dogs but Great Veterinarian

When I brought in my Chihuahua, the animal hospital took a lot of time talking with me about my pet. This was just for a general check up and a basic immunization. I was impressed with how much time the doctor and his staff spent with me going over health issues and talking to me about training of my pet.

My lab was limping on his left leg my old vet did nothing we were desperate and found Peoria animal hospital they took X-rays and blood tests immediately gave us anti inflammatory medicine he’s was walking in 3 days BEST VETS EVER AND REASONABLE PRICES

I wouldn't go back if you payed me. Not informing me about comon side effect of the med they put my dog on. They don't tolerate you confronting them about not telling you what will happen then wanting you to spend more money on office visit and test to prove it what they all ready know what it is. I give them 0 stars. Then not telling you they don't want you to come back untill your pet is ill. There behavior is unexcepable I dont recommend this place. I used to go there years ago but they have changed its all about them and the mony!unprofessional and down right rude.

Thanks for jogging my memory. This place gave medication that had a side effect. When I called in about my dog possibly having a bladder infection the tec said it was common but I needed to come back in and have a urinary test done. I said if you know that's that side effect is common why do I have to do a test? That just the way we do it was the reply. I said I don't have the money I just spent a lot of money the first time. I wish you all would have told me about the side effect. This is why I'm band from going back. Thanks for reminding me. Miss diagnosis , and then med side effect. All they want is your money. YOU couldn't pay me to go there! The miss diagnosis is my dog has spine problems. What it was because I saw the other dog do it. Is she hit her back jumping through the doggy door. She is back to normal. Also my friend was in the room with me and discounted what that tec said how I acted. This place is not the place you want to go to get good care and how THEY treat you!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely terrible, awful customer service, and completely unprofessional. We have been looked down upon by this business because we have Pomeranians that we breed and the vets here decided upon themselves to push neutering our pets on my husband and I which I feel was completely uncalled for and quite frankly, none of this decision on what we choose to do with our own animals. I understand there is people who don't believe in breeding and that is everyone's right to their own belief but no business should make their customers feel pressured to neuter their animals because they think it is the right thing to do. This was the main nail on the wall and turned my husband and I off to this place so the office manager Colleen has placed us with the owner of the business to visit everytime, Dr. Satkus. To go more into detail, he is the most expensive priced vet at this clinic and now we are focused to see him and pay more per office visit because they are good with their people pushing neutering on their customers. I called today to make an appointment for 1 of my Pomeranian puppies and the gal who answered the phone was rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain to her what I needed. I told her I had 2 puppies who were seen on the 18th and needed to make an appointment for 1 of them for her next shot and she said there is a lot of puppies in my file and she doesn't know which one it is and I reiterated to her it was the puppy seen on the 18th and again, she was not intelligent enough to easily look up which puppy was just seen 3 weeks ago so we went thru the daunting conversation of each litter we have ever taken there! She then finally finds the 1 female puppy that is 9 weeks old, which is the only puppy on my file that is 9 weeks old, this should not have been this difficult! After we find this puppy, she says they have an appointment for tomorrow and I said great, that works for our schedule. She then proceeds to tell me that I can't have that appointment after all because it's with a different doctor and I told her that I am ok with seeing anyone, it's just a routine shot. She states she needs to talk to the office manager and get approval and I tell her again, there is no need for that, I am the customer and I am telling you I am ok with seeing anyone just for this instance. They refused to let me keep this appointment! They turnaround and send me all the records for my dogs and a coward email saying they are now refusing all service to my and my pets! BEWARE of this place and these crooks! They charge different prices for office visits based on which vet you see and they don't notify you of this which shows how crooked they are! When I brought it to their attention that I was being charged different office visits, they tried to play dumb with me and said it was an office error but one gal finally let it slip that each vet is a different price. I would never recommend this place to anyone and hope people realize this crappy place and stop taking their animals here.

Our very first appointment here with my new puppy was a little rocky initially, mainly because of the vet tech we had and their communication. However, Dr. Snow was a complete professional and made sure that our appointment process going forward would be much smoother. I really like how she doesn't rush through the appointments just to get to the next patient, I noticed and am so thankful she didn't treat us like a number.We've only had a couple vet visits so far but it has been so great, she made sure to answer every one of my questions...and there's always a lot because like all pet parents I want the best for my furbaby so I worry about everything.She even went ABOVE AND BEYOND by calling me back directly and leaving detailed voicemails to any questions I had after my appointments. I know most places don't do that and you often have to go through a messenger to talk to a Doctor but I so appreciate that Dr. Snow took the time out of her busy schedule to do that. Thank you Peoria Animal Hospital for making sure Loki has the best start to a long and healthy life.

Dr. Satkus provides thorough, clearly explained care every time he sees our pets. Highly recommend seeing him for acute and preventative health for your animals.

We relocated to AZ this year and luckily found Peoria Animal Hospital. Our senior cat was not eating, the compassionate staff made time for her and literally got her going again. I highly recommend them!
