Last year my fiance and I decided to trade in both our vehicles that were working but not really family vehicles for a newer and family-like vehicle. We purchased a 2018 Jeep. We were told that they did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and everything was working perfectly. 3 weeks after we bought the vehicle we had to get an oil change because you know they don't do when they sell used cars. 6 months later we had to purchase a new battery because they also don't do that. Then a month later our vehicle was done. We called peoria since that is where we purchased the vehicle we were told that we did not have a warranty on it and that it was basically too bad. I was very sick last year when we bought the vehicle in fact I do not remember buying the vehicle because a week later I ended up in the hospital getting blood transfusions. But I do not think that my fiance would allow us to buy a used vehicle without at least getting a warranty. My mom called Peoria who then magically found the warranty but it was a jeep warranty therefore we had to take the car to the jeep dealership. Jeep ended up having to take apart the engine and found out the engine was totally messed up.. the warranty company came out and discovered the issue was caused from a history of multiple overheating issues which is weird cause it had never overheated on us before we called peoria and the guy told us to bad not their problem. I still owe 24k for this car I haven't had it since August since it broke we traded in our two working vehicles hoping to get a better vehicle for our family of 5 and now we are out of a vehicle all together. Peoria Ford is nothing but lying Con artist. Never buy for them.

We had the best salesperson work with us. No complaints there. We were handed off to the finance department, that’s when our hell started. We were told Ford could give us a better deal with financing, even though we already had an approval for a set amount from USAA. We trusted them and signed for a car (67,000) we weren’t given any paperwork that day to review post purchase. A few days pass and we received a call to come down and sign paperwork because they were able to get the payment lower. We went to sign, I read the “new deal”, interest rate was higher but they knocked 20 grand off the price of the car. What? The original finance person added 20,000 worth of upgrades we did not discuss. Bringing the total to over 80,000! I was mind blown, and extremely upset! After speaking to a few people, we were able to reach an agreement that was reasonable. The service department is no better. There is a lack of communication, and a lack of knowledge as to what is going on. Overall my experience was negative and will lead me to never deal with Ford again.

Recently, my little 9-year-old hatchback was wrecked and totaled.I really loved that car (I had purchased It as a new car), so I was now shopping for another one.Mine had good mileage and was in good shape, but as I looked online, I realized that mine was a really popular car and that many have over 100k miles on them.I had already looked at one, but it was not yet ready to test drive, and as I looked online as I stopped for breakfast and found two more. One was 5-10 miles away and the other was at Peoria Ford, which I was near, I decided to go there first. At Peoria Ford I talked to a really nice young Sales Consultant named Chris Castillo, who showed me the car I was asking about and took me for a test drive in it.I really liked the car, but explained to Chris that I had one more to look at and that I was waiting to get to drive the first one, I just wasn’t ready. Then Chris’s boss, Trevor Vona, came in to say Hi to us and I told him that I wasn’t ready and explained my situation. Both of these guys were not only nice, but fun, and even though I was ready to leave, I was enjoying myself!!!Before I left, the manager, John Hickey came in and I don’t know if it was the “Godfather” Deal he ended up offering me or his blue eyes, which I’ve heard never fail, but I could not refuse the deal I was made.I already liked the car a lot!I already liked the dealership, since I had been enjoying the time spent with Chris and Trevor, John’s blue eyes and great offer just made it irresistible!!!I love my new used car!!!It is everything I lost in the accident and more!!!And I’ve never in my life had so much fun buying a car!!!Yes, I said that!!!

!!!!CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! If I can give NO stars I would. DO NOT GET YOUR TRUCK SERVICED HERE.I’m not sure where they get their pricing from but I had a truck engine light on so I took it in for a diagnostic test. Long story short they recommended a handful of things that was not necessary. Not to mention what I really needed repaired was not a fair and honest quote. I have an extended warranty that should have covered the majority of this repair. Come to find out from another Ford dealer in town for the same amount of work and factoring in my extended warranty it was less than half of what I was quoted at this place. If I had my work done here it would have costed me over 1900 and that was with the “discounts” they said they offered. When I got my truck to another Ford Dealer they came back at just over 900 (tax included). In addition to that, there was also a couple other small things that it needed that Peoria Ford didn’t mention at all. Peoria Ford was also trying to say I needed brakes front and back and few more things that I should do which would have brought the total to over 3k. Ridiculous to say the least. Don’t get taken for here…Huge difference!!! Take the time to look at reviews. I wish I had before trusting this place to my vehicle which I paid a lot for and since I wasn’t doing the work here I guess they didn’t care to keep it clean inside. I picked up my truck and the middle console was covered in dust mostly on the leather portions. I will be reporting this to the BBB also so others don’t get price gouged and taken advantage of.

When I called they told me they'd need my car for a week just to determine the problem. Took it to Sanderson Ford & got an answer the same day.

If I could give 0 stars I would worst experience I ever had with a dealer they rushed this truck off the lot with safety issue and when I noticed that night I took it home called to bring in they offer no help with a rental or my old truck while fixing the situation then proceeds to tell me that it is not a safety concern . So I follow up with the lift shop and verify it absolutely is

I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional support from Cliff during my recent visit to Peoria Ford, and I must say it was a top-notch experience. From the moment I walked in, Cliff and I engaged in multiple discussions about my beloved Mustang throughout the entire process. His commitment to keeping me informed with constant updates truly stood out.The journey began with the quick service team, and when my Mustang required some extra attention, it seamlessly transitioned to another department. What sets Cliff apart is his proactive approach in keeping me in the loop regarding every new development. His communication was not only informative but also conveyed a genuine sense of politeness and professionalism. Before this experience, I had reservations about entrusting my vehicle's maintenance to a dealership, as I always held the belief that they might be more interested in their bottom line than customer satisfaction. However, my interaction with Cliff completely shattered those preconceptions. He added a very personal touch to the service, which made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. My experience with Cliff at Peoria Ford was not just about great service; it was about building a relationship and ensuring that my Mustang received the best care possible. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, and I'm now looking forward to referring my friends to bring their Fords to this dealership. Thank you, Cliff!

I heard great things about Peoria Ford. I went there and bought a new Ford Mustang Mach-E. (See the picture with my wife) They said my sale was too good of a deal, so I had to give up the E-Bike that comes with every sale of a new vehicle. That just tells me the E-Bike is financed into the cost of the new car. The next day Peoria Ford called me up and said there was a $10,000 clerical error that needed to be fixed. I was given only a 45% charge on the Mach-E so I had to drive my 150 back to the dealership to see what we could do the correct the issue. The wife wanted to keep the Mach-E so I was going to trade in my 2019 F150 with only 19K miles on it and has about $15000 in equity. I picked out a new 2023 truck. Salesman said this would fix the issue with the Mach-E and the monthly payment on the new F150 would be around $950. That is too much for me. Salesman went back to sales manager and Josh (I think that's his name) comes out and says we are about $3500 difference and there is no way to overcome this. Either accept the $950 payment or return the Mach-E. No other options. Well, I did return the Mach-E. On Labor Day I went to Earnhardt Ford and bought a new 2023 Ford F150 for $550 a month. I sent Pat Hicky an email of my concerns and waited a week. Still no reply from him. I buy a new truck/car every 3 years. They could of tried to keep me as a customer, but I gather the worth of their customers is a lot less them $3500Looking back, I wish Peoria Ford would have worked with us to help correct the mistake they made.

Brought my 2008 Crown Vic. in for a 34,000 mile service and to fix a temp. control actuator that wouldn't blow heat. Was in shop for 3 days. Allstate car tracker said vehicle was driven way from the shop with a hard stop, same time I was being texted about fluid change recommendations, 1 1/2 hours after being dropped off. When the car was ready, the service advisor addressed my question on why the car was driving around when it wasn't necessary and he guessed that it must have been a road test and that a hard stop might have been mistaken by a hard turn. Sure.He left and I found cosmetic issues on my vehicle ( dark scratch, black sharpie type mark and mysterious black streaks, all on the right rear passenger door, none of which was noted on the walk around when it was dropped off. Texted him, brought it back the next day. Said the scratch was old ( wasn't there on the walk around ) , wasn't oxidized, just something black had scratched it. Puzzled about the black sharpie mark , so was I. He was already armed with some compounding, polishing liquid from his shop. After much aggressive rubbing on my paint removed the issues except for the scratch. I ended up buying a small, $26 paint tube to try and fix that. The work done was fine, the cosmetic issues and unnecessary road trips made me lose my trust in them. Was sent an email from Peoria Ford addressing a negative Carfax review, I responded and received no reply.

This dealership ruined my bronco experience. I want to love it. I want to drive it but I'm afraid now.I also hate to give bad reviews because My experience buying a Ford bronco from this dealership started out pretty good with an easy sales process friendly salespeople and financing.I got a nice photo from them after the sale from the partner/GM of The dealership Pat.After exactly 1800 mi of gently driving my bronco the clutch went out. According to the service manual, clutches are warrantied unless there is evidence of abuse.I was not concerned dropping it off there for a repair because I know I did not abuse the clutch. Figured there was some easy manufacturer fix for this as it was basically a brand new car.Ford took apart the clutch and claimed that the clutch was abused and therefore not covered under any warranty and therefore would cost me $4,800 to repair a brand new clutch.I assured them I did not drive badly. I have been driving a clutch for 20 years. Never had one go bad on me ever. This bronco was babyed around the neighborhood taken on one dirt road with zero abuse.I asked them to check the computer to see that the RPMs had probably never even gone over 3,000. They refused said it didn't matter.I contacted Ford corporate to let them know how upset I was. They said since the dealership labeled it abuse they were not able to cover it under Ford's Goodwill warranty either. The issue I'm having is the clutch was not abused, Ford corporate has been friendly and kind at every step, but at the end of the day could care less about getting to the bottom of how a clutch could go bad under basic driving conditions. So needless to say, Ford does not stand by their products and this dealership diagnosis things in error.I tried to bring it to another clutch shop because I've called several shops saying there's no way the clutch should go bad under 2,000 miles under almost any conditions except extreme abuse. But Peoria Ford refused to even let me take the vehicle for a second opinion without paying them a minimum of $1600. Just for their "diagnosis". In my opinion I will not be recommending for broncos with a manual clutch. Nor will I ever return to a dealership that misdiagnosed the issues without any real attempt to figure out what could have gone wrong without abusing it.I spoke with Carlos, the service advisor Mike, the service manager as well as Pat McPhee, the managing partner who were all nice people but beholden to the book which states that if the clutch goes bad for any reason, it's a customer's fault unless they can prove a manufacturer defect which apparently never happens in clutches according to Ford. So I'd like to see them remove any clutches from warranties because they will just blame any manufacturer defects on consumer operator error.Imagine if your tires just fell off at 2000 mi and they tried to blame it on your driving. That's Peoria Ford in a nutshell.

Negotiated the purchase price for a vehicle and trade in value of my vehicle. Agreed upon a price that worked for me and the dealer. Finalized all figures with salesperson and manager. Was asked for a deposit to hold vehicle until I picked it up. (2.5 hrs traveling time) Immediately had a $500 charge transaction addd to my credit card. Five minutes later received a call from my salesperson telling me that the vehicle had been sold. Hours later I am waiting for them to credit my card to no avail. I feel that this was totally unethical of this dealership. I would warn anyone that may be considering a purchase at this dealership to look at all the bad reviews that they have. BUYER BE AWARE.

This place's fleet sales are very poor, had customer on the phone willing to buy. Was told that the auto trader price was MSRP and that they were 15k above that? How can you list a truck for sale with a price online and then not honor that? Seems scummy and illegal. I don't know how people like this sleep at night. Good luck if you chose to use them. Jason then was offended by me telling him his 10k for a flat bed was incorrect and inflated. He then hung up on me. First off, you list a flat bed truck with all the details online for sale with a price of 49950. Then I get on the phone and you start adding 15k to it? Company full of scumbags. Good luck if you decide to use them.
