Earnhardt Peoria Kia offered a positive experience. They patiently explained the options to help us select the vehicle we wanted. The pricing was competitive. The price negotiation process was fair and reasonable, a positive experience. Our salesman, Trevor, kept things on track and explained the vehicle features very well at the time of purchase.

Inquired about a car online and got an email response from Tristan, the Internet Manager. Set up a time to come in and check out said car a couple days later. Asked Tristan to send me the window sticker in the meantime which I never received. I show up for my appointment with Tristan and the car had already been sold. He’s also nowhere to be found. Convenient right? Should have left at that moment but instead I looked at a few different vehicles with Elijah, a friendly and competent salesman. We spent a couple hours test driving, running credit, and working on a deal when Tristan shows up out of nowhere! His approach to negotiation is a little more straightforward. It’s clear the guy has a lot of experience. But upon revealing that I’m not beginning and ending my car shopping at this particular Kia dealer, and once Tristan understood we probably weren’t going to reach a deal at that instant, he became quite unpleasant. Accused me of wasting his and the other salesperson’s time… buddy, you wasted my time when I showed up to an appointment for a car that isn’t even available anymore. After twenty minutes of guilt tripping, pointless questioning, and intimidation tactics, I went over to Peoria Ford to check out other vehicles… that place sucks too. Moral of the story: did I reach an adequate deal for a vehicle here? Perhaps. Should I continue to explore my options? Yes. But would I return to Earnhardt Peoria Kia to make that purchase? Nope. Elijah saved this review from being entirely negative.

The people here really went above and beyond for my daughter and I! They helped provide a safer and more efficient vehicle for us. If anyone is looking for reliable vehicle I highly recommend coming here. The staff here are warm, attentive and welcoming. Thank you everyone at Earnhardt! My daughter loves your popcorn machine! ? Also thanks again for helping me with my windshield wipers on my older car! God bless you guys! ?

Worked with Dominic Ochoa in finance and he was a tremendous help. Purchased a used vehicle that had a minor issue and he was the only person at the Dealership that I had contact info for. We recently purchase a brand new Red Kia Soul for our Daughter who will be getting her license soon! We have purchased lots of vehicles and I have to say that this was the BEST Car Buying experience we've ever had! Ashley the Salesperson was great. Earl, the Finance Manager was AMAZING as well! I messaged them after we test drove the vehicle that we wanted to move forward with it. We put literally nothing down and was able to sign ALL the documents over email! The service advisor, Brian, was very nice. The repair for my car’s issue ended up being exorbitantly expensive, and he didn’t pressure me into it. I ultimately just got an oil change and a recall repair that day, and he was very friendly and helpful. The dealership offered great service and accommodation for waiting customers, too.

I have had some bad luck with my car recently and finding a new one was harder as i waited for some issues to sort out. I applied for a car and they called me within ten minutes of putting in an inquiry. Tristan was so helpful i told him my story with my car and how other car dealerships basically wanted an arm and a leg for a down deposit. He understood where i was finacially and helped me with the car. I came in the next day after class and everyone was so welcoming and very nice. I loved the car i found and it was pretty knew on the lot so as i got approved for it they still had some tests to run on the car to make sure it was up to date and safe to drive. They gave me a loaner car in the mean time. I have never had such a good time at a dealership they made me feel welcome and they did not push me into anything more or anything i can not afford. They were so helpful and answered every question i had. If you are looking for a place that makes you feel welcome and actually takes care of you as person then this is your place to go. I had the best people to help me Tristan and Jordan in fiance were amazing and did not stop til they got me the best deal.

Everyone was awesome here during my whole experience. I recommend going during slower times in the week, because I really felt like the priority during the whole buying process.Salesman Chino was great and worked with me for a while to get a deal that was in my budget. After learning the vehicles here come with a market adjustment (MA) of $5000, I told the person who contacted me that I was not interested in any vehicles that come with that fee, and they politely thanked me for the consideration and hung up. I thought that would be the end of it, so I was surprised when another person called me to try and sell me again. After politely telling him my reasons for not proceeding, he tried to overcome my objections with some information about how MA is good because it proves that the cars are unique and sought after. After listening to his rebuttal, I told him I did not see MA that way and felt the practice was "scammy." This is when he proceeded to get aggravated and started very intensely telling me I was wrong. I tried to end the conversation politely, but he kept talking over me (approaching yelling), and I had to hang up on him. This whole experience left me with a very negative impression, so I emailed the new car manager Michael Meinert my concerns but never heard anything back. I proceeded with my car purchase somewhere else without an MA where I was treated much better.

When I called this dealership, I already knew what vehicle I wanted. On this particular day, I was calling around dealerships trying to find the best deal. Shane was able to provide me with their price tag. After calling around, my wife and I decided Shane had the best offer, but it was still a bit higher than we wanted. I called him back and we were able to make an agreement over the phone. I sent over a deposit and secured my vehicle. The next day my wife and I went in with our dog and got our brand new car!Definitely recommend buying your next vehicle here! Make sure to ask for Shane! He was extremely courteous, patience, and helpful!

This dealership is top notch. I was fortunate enough to be able to be helped by the general manager Scott Clark. Scott is absolutely awesome!!! At no time did I ever feel pressured and I felt like he listened to my needs and was truly focused on making that happen. If the rest of the staff is anything like Scott, This dealership has to be one of the best that Kia has to offer.
