“I’m so glad I switched from Walgreens to Desert Sky. With Walgreens there was always complications filling my child’s medication. I would have to go in circles calling numerous Walgreens in the area to find a pharmacy to fill it and often had to wait a delayed time until they could get it in stock. In a moment of desperation I began calling smaller pharmacies and found this location had his medication in stock and filled it within a hour. When I called to request a refill they informed me it was already in process and would be ready for pick up tomorrow. So thankful we found a place that knows what they are doing and maintains stock.”

“To say this location goes above and beyond is an understatement!
They are the epitome of customer care and customer service.
They immediately call back when I call for a refill for my Mom’s prescriptions.
They always check to see if she has other scripts that will be ready for refill soon so we can pick them all up at once.
They are conscientious and strive to make every experience the best it can be every single time.
It’s such a nice breath of fresh air to feel so well taken care of when dealing with a pharmacy and prescriptions and we deal with this a lot since moving Mom in with us.”

“These guys are great. I was having problems finding a diabetic drug for myself and these guys found it for me! Not only did they locate and order the medication for me, they still email me every once in a while to check and see how I am doing!

“I have had many excellent interactions at this pharmacy. They look for common sense solutions that competitors ignore. ("Oh, your insurance doesn't cover that, but it's only $9," instead of "referring back to your physician." "There's an equal alternative that's only $21," instead of, "That'll be $800," period.) I don't even shop at Walmart, but will use this pharmacy exclusively.”

“I transferred my medication from CVS to this Walmart pharmacy. I have never been treated this well by a pharmacy in my entire life. Special shout out to the Pharmacy Tech in training (Laura or Lauren I feel bad I completely forgot. I think I was too shocked by the great customer service) she was so nice and helpful. She deserves a raise and promotion because I am sticking with this Walmart pharmacy in part due to her customer service. The other staff is extremely helpful too!”
“We went in to create a collage photo for our sister‘s birthday. We were having problems and a store associate, Tiffany, came over, noticing our frustration, offered to help, and by the time we were through, we had a wonderful collage that we were able to send to our sister for her birthday. Tiffany’s help was wonderful and greatly appreciated.”

“Generally an easy process to get refills for my prescriptions. What I am having a problem remembering is they close for lunch from 1-130pm! I also like the text messages I get when my prescription is ready for pick up or if they have to order in my medication. There is good customer service!”

“I came in because my doctor said I needed electrolytes and I really didn't know which ones to get. However Jenzen who works there has EXCELLENT customer service! He showed me a variety of different electrolytes and help me select the ones that were good for me. After purchasing I opened one and drank some while I was there and it was great and I feel awesome. I also bought the packets that I can add to water. My daughter who's an RN even loves it and has gone and bought her some. Thank you Jenzen every time I come in that store I will be looking for you to help me. We need more people with your customer service!!!”

“I’ve only lived here for 8 months and so far, the techs here have been so helpful and professional The pharmacists are amazing!!! They are professional, friendly and really treat their customers well. They have always returned my calls immediately if I have left a message for them and they always go above and beyond to make sure I have my medication on time. In other states, I’ve had some terrible experiences with some CVS pharmacists. (I was treated as if I were an illiterate criminal by a female pharmacist in Virginia while on vacation) The pharmacists here at the Peoria CVS in Target have really changed my opinion. They should be training all CVS pharmacists about customer service, professionalism and how to treat their clients with respect. Why can’t other stores get it? Thank you for all you do! I truly appreciate you! Y’all are the best!”

“I love that story people. They are very friendly very nice. They helped me out here and there. I think there was only two times over the years. There was a bit of a misunderstanding about the drugstore over there by medicine and stuff and their medicine was open, and the pill bottle was open And my mom wanted to return it to the store, but she can get a refund or get another set of pills so we ended up buying it at a different store that time, but we came back and we got over that and we moved on with our life with the fries And they have the best deals there. You can’t beat them. I love that they change it for the holidays for Christmas Halloween Thanksgiving the food there is really good. I’m glad that they checked the dates on everything sometimes I’ll find a new candy bar that I haven’t tried before and they’ll sell it there And also they have a huge bigger selection of jelly. I couldn’t make up my mind one day about cause I was looking for something different different type of jelly and I found something new to try there but yeah, fries is the best.”

“I have had a very good experience with this pharmacy. My dog's seizure medication can't be on automatic refill because it is a controlled substance, but the pharmacy texts me every month and all I have to do is click a button to have the prescription refilled. It has always been available even earlier than the promised date. The pickup is easy. There are never any lines and the staff is friendly and competent. I have been to a lot of different pharmacies in the last couple of years because I check the Good RX price for this medication (which changes every few of months for the different pharmacies). This Fry's pharmacy has been the best out of the CVS, Walgreens, and Costco pharmacies that I have been frequenting over the last few years.”
