Thanks to Trevor me and my wife got into an amazing car for a great price. He worked with me and got me to a rate I was comfortable with. It was headache free and not all the bullcrap you’d get from dealerships. I’m definitely getting all of my friends and family to come here for him. This isn’t the last time they’ll see me!

Recently purchased a 2022 vehicle from Auto House in Peoria, AZ. It was a smooth enjoyable experience. I would like to give an overall excellent review of Mr. Taylor, our car salesman. The majority of this transaction was conducted via phone and email. Mr. Taylor was very professional, courteous, responsive, possessing excellent communication skills and a pleasure to conduct business with. This was clearly shown by his willingness to come in on his day off to finalize this purchase. Mr. Taylor's experience is these business dealings was clearly visible. Mr. Taylor was very attentive during of our conversation and provided all the information that was requested in an expedited manner. I would have no problem conducting future auto purchases with Mr. Taylor and your dealership. A slight unexpected delay came up in picking up the vehicle as planned but Mr. Taylor offered to personally deliver the vehicle to our residence 20 minutes away. Awesome experience.

Trevor was awesome. We had been looking for a specific color for the Grand Highlander. It took a while to find. Trevor was great, kept us updated on status. Once we had the car he took great care of us. Will definitely recommend him to friends.

Edit: Dealership replied denying all claims of car over heating prior to purchase claiming if it wasn’t on the CarFax then the service wasn’t done? Dealership also claims no problems were found. Check engine light, no problem! Car over heating, no problem! Oil Leaks? No problems! At auto house you can get a vehicle with “no problems” at all hahahaMy experience with Autohouse Phoenix has been nothing short of a nightmare. I bought a car from them a few months ago, and the issues started immediately. The salesman Rocky was the best salesman ever, probably the only person who actually cared since day 1 and tried to help but he can only do so much. The car began overheating as soon as I left the dealership. When I brought it back, they told me it was a recurring problem and changed the thermostat, which had apparently been done before my purchase along with the radiator.Despite this, the car continued to overheat. I took it back about a week later, and they changed the thermostat and radiator again. So, within a month of my purchase, the thermostat was changed three times and the radiator twice. The problems persisted, and the service guy, Jason, who claimed to have worked at a Jeep dealership, insisted that Jeeps running hot was normal, saying it was usual for the car to run at 3/4 on the thermostat.The situation escalated when, a week later, I brought the car back, and Autohouse was adamant about charging me a diagnosis fee and even denied recalling me buying the car. I left, believing their assurances that everything was fine. But then, in less than a month, the car broke down in Winslow, Arizona. I had purchased an extended warranty from Ascent, but it was useless when I took the car to Flagstaff Mobile Mechanic. They found a loud engine noise, a non-functioning radiator and thermostat, and oil in places it shouldn't be. I had to pay for towing and inspection myself as the warranty didn't cover it.Months passed, and I was still making payments on a car I couldn’t use. The extended warranty's inspector denied all damage despite the obvious and loud engine noise and visible damage. My claim was rejected. When I spoke to the dealership manager, Dan, he offered to buy back the car, but not at its original value. Instead, he proposed a price that deducted the repair costs, despite the issues being documented before my purchase.I traded in a very sentimental car and made a significant down payment, only to lose about $10,000. Now, I'm seeking legal advice as the car had to be repossessed. I'm deeply frustrated and financially hurt by a non-working car that had pre-existing issues. I strongly recommend staying away from Autohouse Phoenix. They may not pressure you into sales, but their lack of integrity and accountability is unacceptable.

Trevor was amazing! This positive experience will change the way we purchase a vehicle from now on! We shopped from home and Trevor made it all so easy and answered all our questions! The selection of vehicles was awesome, pricing competitive and no haggling. He came highly recommended because of the trust that he's built over the years. My daughter and I were nervous about shopping for a car because we've had bad experiences at other dealerships. Well, all I can say is WOW! Rocky treated us with great kindness, respect, and care. There was no pressure and our purchase went very smoothly. The finance team member got us a great interest rate and we even received a box of cookies as a thank you gift a few weeks later. We will definitely go back to Rocky and his team whenever we need to purchase a vehicle!!

The absolute worst experience buying a vehicle ever. I bought a truck from them and they tried to get me to take it with almost bald rear tires, I got them to replace them and drop it off to my house a couple days later (I live an hour away). The second they left my house the truck wouldn’t start. They towed it back and worked on it. They brought it back to my house over 2 weeks later and it was still having the same issue. They offered to pull the deal and get me into something else but my credit was bad and I already came up with what I could down so I asked them to just fix it. They said they would fix it. They then spent more time “fixing it” and brought it to me. About a week later it started having issues again so I brought it to a diesel mechanic and he gave me a list of what was wrong…. It was everything that the dealership supposedly replaced. I contacted them and they said they were done working on it and it’s outside of any lemon law. I told them since it was an existing issue that wasn’t true (per my lawyer). They then told me they’d only talk to my lawyer and blocked my phone number. The truck ended up blowing up and I spent months fighting them until I had to get another vehicle for work and just had to take the hit on the truck repo because I can’t take time off for court and to run around and play their games. Not only did I lose thousands of dollars but I also have to take a big credit hit thanks to them. NEVER buy a vehicle from them.

I would do ZERO stars if i could. Their Service department is TRASH. I brought a truck in that i bought from them Brand new for a warranty transmission replacement (I also bought the extended warranty). The first try, the transmission they used lasted about 2 months.. Brought it back and they said it was bad from their supplier.. re-ordered transmission and replaced again. another 2 months and the transmission was leaking and not functioning again... Brought it back and they have had my truck for over a month. I called today for update and was told i would be called back in 15 minutes. 1.5 hours later i called to see and they guy who was supposed to call me left for the day. The GM is not available and last time i asked to talk to him i was sent to the service department. SO.. here is my ZERO STAR rating for them.

The absolute definition of car sales stereotype. Was interested in a 2021 GLC with a bad car fax. Sent them my trade information which included pictures of some existing damage. They gave me a total with a warranty, gap and $500 tint. I asked for all that crap to be removed and was told they added the ceramic tint to the vehicle (even tho the carfax shows it was tinted when new). I made an offer that was 1300 less. They then told me they need to see my trade. I asked if they reviewed the pictures. They said no and asked if I was quoted to repair the damage, I said yes 1500 they then reduced my trade by 1500 and said they didn't review the photos which were sent in my very first contact with them. It's their mistake to not review all the information presented to them. Total amateur mistake. I offered another $500 because of their mistake. I wanted to be at 32500 out the door which means to most people that's what the total is. The GM Jeff called me to say they can do that with 2k down. In what world is that acceptable? Total rat house. Would highly recommend steering clear. They have blocked my cell now.Total Clowns

They sold me a salvage, probably stolen vehicle, added 3500 to my loan I didn't ask nor signed for especially when they only cover 25 dollars for 2 repairs... ridiculous. Jerry told me to go f*** myself and to do what I wanted with it. They would not touch it. Airbags were deployed never put back. I have proof of all accusations. It went from 1399 to 20000. This car was never mine to begin with. Finance company is TRASH. They are definitely a family owned and all work together in this scandalous trade, run Away far far away.. they don't even have a service shop odometer tampered with as well.
