My son has been here since he was 13 weeks old, he's now almost 4.. My daughter was there for almost 3 years as well. The staff treats children like family. We drive an hour round trip to stay here. The previous owners were great, and the New owners seem to understand if it ain't broke, don't mess with it. Love the holiday events and all the school does.

I enrolled my son in this place because I thought it was going to be great for him. Unfortunately, I had to pull him out the second day since he came home with a bruise on his face. I immediately called the school to get some answers and nobody was able to tell me what had happened, and never even provided a report of the incident. I don’t think this place really cares or treats the children nicely since I heard one of the assistants yelling at the kids in the morning . In my opinion, they have too many kids for only one teacher, and I don’t think only one person is able to give them the attention they need. My son was terrified and told me that he didn’t want to be there. I was shocked since he is a very friendly and outgoing boy. Don’t let the pretty building, the “nice” people in the front office and the nice app fool you.The only reason I took my son there is because his primary school canceled summer camp, but I definitely DO NOT recommend this place.

We love Primrose at Arrowhead! It's a beautiful campus filled with amazing teachers and administrative staff that genuinely care about the children! Our child loves everything about this school and all the friends and memories made! This school and staff really go above and beyond for both the children and parents with special events such as their amazing Fall Festival, visit from Santa and more! Definitely recommend this school and are so grateful for it! ❤️

They treat our son SO well. He always looks forward to going :) the teachers all know your child's preferences and the owner recognizes you when you come and go. Very wonderful school.

Disappointing. They do not put children first, consistency isn't in their vocabulary! They used COVID as a tool to hide unclean class rooms and short staffed issues! Parents were not allowed in the school for over a year. NO communication between teachers and parents. The school is a joke! A sinking ship! The owner cares more about his paycheck then anything. Teachers walk out on their classes mid day never to return and it takes the school two days to notify parents! We've switched schools and our child's behavior has COMPLETELY changed! Our child is happy again, laughs, plays and actually listens! All the more proof that this school was totally lacking on all levels! It breaks my heart to wonder what was going on behind closed doors and how some of their staff treat children!

As working parents it was important for us to feel comfortable leaving our babies in someone's care. We had 2 kids start in the infant room. I was very pleased with level of care and attention the kids received during their time there. One of kids started there at age 8 weeks and stayed through early preschool. Our other baby started at age 9 weeks. Their teachers as well as the rest of the staff were very sweet and engaging with the kids. We loved Ms. Mason, Ms. Nolan, Ms. Turner, Ms. Tanner, Ms. Hardin and everyone else! The only reason the kids are no longer there is because the Arrowhead location is quite far from our home and from our older kids school. Logistically, we could not make the commute to drop and pick up all the kids work for our family.

We were at another school before and had some issues where the good teachers were leaving and the new hired teachers were not experienced so we made the VERY hard decision to move schools and I am SOO GLAD we did that a year or so ago! You never know if the grass is greener on the otherside. Thank goodness it was! The teachers are great (Really great!) And the front desk staff, directors and owner are amazing! They truly care about the kids and are very involved by taking the time to know the families and children there. I don't know how many times I see the kids run up to the staff and give big hugs or the owners/directors talking to parents about how a vacation was. They hire quality teachers which is important to us and you can tell they take care of their teachers. We have not seen much teacher turnover so the kids get consistency which is important. The other kids and families are very friendly as well. We just had the kinder graduation and the amount of thought put into everyhing was night and day to the graduation we had at the other school for pre-k. We are unfortunately moving and will have to move schools in Oct for our youngest and we are devastated to have to leave when we have found a perfect school. In looking at reviews of schools closer to our new house being built I have became stressed at seeing the bad reviews until I looked at these reviews for Promrose Arrowhead and was shocked that there were some negative reviews and felt I needed to write about my experiences. It is unfortunate that so many people only write reviews when they are negative but not when they have great things so hopefully this will help those who are looking in this area so you aren't going through what I am going through.

There seems to be a conflict of interest presented on this review site. A client had posted their negative experience with this school and mentioned their displeasure with Stephanie Martinez. If you scroll below, you will see a Stephanie Martinez had rated her own company with 5 stars. Not only is this a conflict of interest but shows some level of dishonesty within their own company. We were looking at this place initially to put our child in when I go back to work this makes me wonder what other unethical practices this company has if employees can increase their rating on a review site to counter any negative and honest reviews.

This school discriminates against students with special needs. My husband and I did a tour with Stephanie Martinez. Our son was with us and he was very quiet during the tour. We started the next day. I dropped my son off at about 8:15am. I expressed to Strphanie that I was concerned about transition. She told me that they work with transitioning kids. An hour later she called me to come-and pick up our son and she said that this was not going to work out and that she needs my son picked up immediately. My husband had to cancel all of his meetings for the day so that he can go and pick up our son. Our son was picked up around 9:40am. That same day I got a call around 5pm to come and get our $370 refund. I asked that they mail me the refund check and was told that “I have” to come and get the “cash” but I paid with a credit card. Based on my experience with this center they are very unprofessional from Stephanie’s attire to the basic operational activities. They are inconsiderate for parent’s obligations, time, and ability. They wasted my time and time of my family! Absence of professionalism has been demonstrated at numerous levels. This places is only looking for easy money without any investment into kids!!! After all of the administration issues, this is really not the environment our kid needs to be in.

Principal instructs staff to call other parent when parent asks for information on child when court order shows one has access to specific information. Doesnt believe both parents are clients when they are according to child support payment to include daycare expenses. Makes you feel unwanted in the facility and like I am an inconvenience. This place is a joke and the faculty are fake.

Great staff make you feel very welcome. They keep you informed on everything that is going on. My granddaughter loved it there when she move on in kindergarten they still took her as a drop in when her other school was closed for a holiday or teacher in service. I would highly recommend them I wish we had kept her there for kindergarten. Love love love them!

Child picked up everyday from preschool crying. Took her out of this school didn't feel comfortable leaving her there. Make me pay for week I pulled her out even though she only went one day. She had a bruise on her face and no one could tell me what happened. She cried every night and was terrified to go back.
