Today is November 15th 2024 I went in yesterday got a slushie refill paid $135 Go in today get the same refill Guy charges me $163 I'm going to report this to the better Business bureau and the people that I need to because these have price changes for the same price no go I report to better Business bureau. I have been going to this QT for 2 years now, at first I was paying one price for a refill. I go in one day a gentleman tall bald tells me no it's not a $1.52 it's a $1.19. so for months now I've been paying $1.19 for my refills I walk in the door go (refill )I yell it. Then I go in today same thing walk in the door (refill) Walk up to the counter the lady tells me it's not $1.19 it's a $1.52 said wait a minute months ago the tall bald guy tells me it's a $1.19 for refills now you're telling me $1.52 she says oh well I'll cover it this time. So which employee is correct paying two different prices for the same product which is it $1.19 or a $1.52 ??? Two different employees different things months apart. Short brunette haired lady or the tall bald guy. Which is correct ???????

Stop by for a coffee maybe a snack and go to the bathroom.
Bathrooms are closed for cleaning all of the coffees that I want to use our out of service, so why did I stop here, waste of time.

Couldn’t charge me .19 cents for a tootsie roll and cash back because they were out of stock but it’s never been a problem before so why now

Went in to buy a 12 pack of Truly Seltzers. Clearly marked at 17.99. The cashier rung me and the price 21.99. When I asked her to go look at the marked price she said she didn’t have time to do that because she was busy. I was the only person there in the store. Extremely poor customer service! This transaction took place around 12:53 am on 8/16/24

They are absolutely price gouging the public on everything. The only thing I buy from them is my morning coffee and I fill my half gallon tumbler with free ice
Circle K is cheaper on everything and they're by far my favorite but I'm not getting gouged by QT because they can I guess

This QT has gone DOWN hill. No cups, no straws, no lids. Several employees but none doing anything. This is the second time in a week the drink station was lacking items and no employee to assist. We walked out. There were several people looking for lids and employees just walked by, ignoring them. All new employees. Didn't recognize any of them. I spilled a drink, informed an employee and he did nothing. About 5 minutes later, I was still looking for straws and saw him behind the counter ringing up customers. An entire coke was all over the counter and floor. I nor anyone in my family will go to that location now.

Somone in corporate PLEASE SHOP THIS STORE!!!Do not be surprised if revenue drops at this locatikn!TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLENothing ever works, to avoid cleaning the machines they always just put stickers on them. Lazy workers who gave me an attitude when I mentioned that nothing EVER works. And everythibg is always out of order.All of the frozen drinks are out, the soda, the coffee. They all have stickers on them evrytime I stop here.Go to 75th and Peoria! Everythi g works there.
