This QT has gone DOWN hill. No cups, no straws, no lids. Several employees but none doing anything. This is the second time in a week the drink station was lacking items and no employee to assist. We walked out. There were several people looking for lids and employees just walked by, ignoring them. All new employees. Didn't recognize any of them. I spilled a drink, informed an employee and he did nothing. About 5 minutes later, I was still looking for straws and saw him behind the counter ringing up customers. An entire coke was all over the counter and floor. I nor anyone in my family will go to that location now.

Somone in corporate PLEASE SHOP THIS STORE!!!Do not be surprised if revenue drops at this locatikn!TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLENothing ever works, to avoid cleaning the machines they always just put stickers on them. Lazy workers who gave me an attitude when I mentioned that nothing EVER works. And everythibg is always out of order.All of the frozen drinks are out, the soda, the coffee. They all have stickers on them evrytime I stop here.Go to 75th and Peoria! Everythi g works there.

no security like most qts. there was an incident that happened tonight with no response from employees to calm situation. no diversion or security to handle anything. just let it happen. won't be back.

Quick Trip doesn't lie, it's a quick trip. In my experience they can put circle k to shame with their efficiency in customer service. Great job quick trip team. Love your innovations in parking lots and safe stops, and to order pizza ect. ! You guys know what your doing.

QT is being my favorite stop for years , coffee every morning,snacks and full tank of gas . For I'm a driver and I'm on the Road all Day and then 3 out of a 6 day workweek i stop for Lunch , fast checkout , but unfortunately 3 out of 5 cashiers dont know how to charge for their advertise specials so i allways get charge an extra Dollar or 2 dollars most daysI'm really getting frustrated because if you do the math40 dollars a month is taking a toll on my budget , 22 years building freeways in arizona and this is the first time that I've complain ! Whoever the clown is working the register at 12 p.m. on 11/27 is completely rude and unprofessional. Ignoring people in a long line just to joke around about fighting another customer? Not to mention the inappropriate glare that felt very dark and problematic. Shocked this clown works for this typically solid company. Never again, that particular location. Sad.
