For a couple years now, this place consistently has pumps down, stickers missing, out of order. I have zero confidence that they are doing the tanks correctly. This is not just once in a great while, it is consistent across many pumps. I'm done with this place, it's ridiculous.

Monday June 16, 2025 at 7:22pm. The store manager should watch video from the kitchen to see his clerk in there make me an ice cream cone with no hairnet or gloves on! Good thing I wasn't a secret shopper. QT is going downhill real fast. What a shame.

Very cool staff but skimping on the food. Deer valley location were not so nice but so generous on the food. I’m torn between 4 and 5 stars. 4.5 stars ⭐️ s 😃 check out the deer valley & 75ave review photos. I guess not all QT are equal.

Extremely bad customer service. I came to this QT on 9/15 and bought things inside the store. I paid with $20 in CASH and asked to pay the remaining balance on my card. After getting home I checked my account and realized QT charged me the entire purchase amount to my debit card, totally discarding the $20 I gave in cash. Weird, as the correct amount showed on the credit card machine when I tapped my card. I called the store, was very nice about the situation and was told they would have to look into it. I let her know it’s on CAMERA if they needed to look. I gave the exact time and register I was at. The girl on the phone validated that the cashier said she indeed did take $20 in cash from me and stated the cashier was still in training and did not input the cash correctly in the system. A manager would not come to the phone and I was told I would be called back. I left my phone number and name. I never received a call back and unfortunately did not get a receipt so I could not dispute the over payment with my bank. This is by no means the cashiers fault because if she was still in training there should have been someone up there with her to show her how to deal with different payment methods. Maybe a manager? Unfortunately QT, this is called theft. You stole money from me and did absolutely nothing to correct it despite me calling and being extremely understanding on the phone. Mistakes happen but it’s your job as business to correct it. Why do you have a cashier handling money who isn’t properly trained with zero guidance? You have a bazillion cameras but can’t look at them to see that your store received an over payment from a paying costumer? A call back, maybe? I will never step foot in this QT again. Not getting a receipt is my fault but I’ve never had this issue and I go to QT daily. (Not this one obviously) Very poor costumer service. I guess I should have called and yelled instead and maybe you would have put fourth the effort into acknowledging you stole from a paying, loyal costumer. I hope you all enjoyed your drawer being over $20 when you did the nightly count.

Only saw 2 employees.
6 foot long 7 inches wide coffee spill when we walked in. Women's bathroom closed for cleaning. The spill and bathroom closed when we left.

I showed up at about 10 at night with a group of friends and was extremely happy with the customer service we received. All of the workers were very kind and Sarah M in particular treated us exceedingly well and we were all very pleased with our visit. Great business and even better employees.

QT truly is always a quick trip. Their employees are friendly and on top of it. Plenty of beverages, snacks, sandwiches, salads, etc, to choose from. You can order food from their kitchen, as well. I personally enjoy their pepperoni pizza by the slice. It's tasty and easy to eat, on the go. They have a variety of slushies, too! ????????? ☕️

Clean and quick friendly service. Tons of drink options. Came in and picked up a treat to get cash back. I haven't been inside a Quick Trip in quite a while I do miss the candy singles like Tootsie Rolls they used to have. Quick Trip set a better standard for convenience stores from speed, cleanliness, and good looking.
