My wife and I have been using the Safeway Pharmacy T 107th Ave and Peoria for more than 20 years. The staff has always been helpful, courteous and understanding. They know how we are by name and often anticipate our needs.

I look for reviews.... I only see a few bad reviews... Most people that have good reviews never leave any reviews.... So I think this might be a good pharmacy being there are only a few bad reviews... At least based on that theory... People are human and there are a lot of things out of their control and if they are extremely busy and thinking of another thing that is important at that very moment like filling someone else's prescription maybe they will overlook your question until they handle that task at hand... Try to think of that before you give it bad review... please people give a good review if one is good... Even if it's ... they had great service...

I had to call about my prescription. They first said they never received it. I could see that they had it on my portal. I went in person and was told the same thing even though it was showing as in process in the Safeway prescription portal. Called a second time just to be told it was not covered by my insurance. I will be transferring my prescriptions.

I have changed from Walgreens to CVS to Safeway at 107th & Olive. So far I am VERY happy with them.

I have been going here for many years and highly recommend it. Everyone who works there are always helpful and courteous. The pharmacists always answers any questions l may have. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Today will be the last time I use this pharmacy. Every time I call or visit I’m faced with rude employees. They either don’t want to be there or they’re busy talking with each other. The last time I picked up my son’s prescription I called and they said it was ready. I got there and it was not ready. They still needed to count it and measure the amount of medication. Rude and unprofessional.I will never use this pharmacy again. They didn’t have a medication on my last visit and said they would call when it came in the next day. They never called. I stopped by today and Camryn (who is the rude one to help me before) tells me that it’s an OTC medicine anyways. SHE HELPED ME GET ANOTHER OTC MEDICINE FROM ON LAST VISIT SO WHY DIDNT SHE SAY “oh this one is also OTC”.I will not be back and recommend other’s to go elsewhere

We have been using Safeway Pharmacy for a few months now. Their medication prices are very competitive. Jeff, the primary pharmacist is always professional and friendly. Our medications are always ready when promised. There is never a long line, which is great. It's also handy to be able to buy your groceries at the same time since the pharmacy is located inside the grocery store.

I Did Not feel comfortable getting the right prescription. Went to Albertsons instead. The tech had a question and pharmacist didn't even come over to look at my paperwork. Very unprofessional at 5:15pm

I attempted to make an appointment for a Covid booster shot on-line but it said this function was not working. So I went directly to the pharmacy to see if they could do a walk in or assist with signing up. I received my Shingles shot at a different Safeway a week ago and they said I didn't need to make an appointment. I waited for the pharmacy tech to notice me because she was busy talking to a coworker about something that did not sound work related. There was no one else in line. She turned and seemed put out that I was interrupting her conversation. I said I would like to get my Covid booster but was not able to sign up on line. She rudely responded, " I can't help you must sign up on Safeway.com" I nicely pointed out that tried. She said, well I don't know what to te you but someone just came in that signed up on line and she walked away. Not, why don't you try now or let me see whatvos going on. So I went to my car and signed up and drove to a different Safeway. There were plenty of spots at that Safeway when I wax able to get on. Her rudeness was completely unnecessary. I shop there at least twice a week and will be taking my business elsewhere.
