I went here last week and told the one gal that was helping me about my dry hair issues. She knew it's curly but thin. She suggested some shampoo and conditioner. It works great and I was so happy. I went back yesterday to get a leave in conditioner and the other gal that wasn't helping me at the time, remembered who I was and helped me pick out a few things. I just wanted them both to know how happy I was with both experiences

i loved my experience, the ladies there helped me with all my coloring questions and even helped me pick out a new hair care routine. i will be coming back, especially after hearing their point system. it’ll saving me so much money for professional products ?

The employee working the morning of 10-18-22 was so EXTREMELY rude, I can't believe she's employed at all! She knew nothing about the products & made me feel I was intruding on her time by asking questions. She rang up items & pushed them toward me, not bagging them or offering to. I will never shop at this location again. They obviously are not concerned with who they leave in charge of the store. She was sitting in a back room when I entered. I almost felt she expected an apology for being disturbed. Instead, she decided to be rude while performing HER JOB! Unbelievable.

Went in hoping to buy a shampoo which brightens up the white in my hair. There were two sales girls and no greeting or customers in the shop. Walked around looking, but couldn't see very well. Not a word from them. I left, and one said, "Thank you "

Walked in... not knowing what time they closed and the first thing out the ee mouth was we close in five mins. Maybe you could ask if there is anything I needed help with? Knew right what I needed was in and out in 2 minutes. Just terrible customer service skills right there...

This store associate made me feel so uncomfortable shopping inside for the less then 3 minutes I was in there I felt racially profiled. After I entered the shop cashier greeted me as a usual thing but then 5 seconds later she runs to the back and closes the employee door and watches me as I search the store for a item. She didn’t close the door before when there were other shoppers inside that had more of a fair skin complexion. I couldn’t catch the associate name but they had face piercings and pastel orange hair. And as I was leaving after I asked if they had the item just in case I was over looking as we ended the conversation she looked at me up and down multiple times and kept looking at my pockets. I will no longer shop at this store location this is not the first time I felt pressure as I shopped here.

Walked into the two employees telling a pretty graphic story to each other. Gossip I really could have delt with out. I asked for help, both ignored me. Found some what of what I needed. Go to check out and Dorothy was my cashier. Extremely rude even huffed at me. At the point i literally asked why huff at me like a rude teenager. Dorothy is an older lady. I couldn't believe it. I left just blown away. I get it's hard to find work. Trust me I run a store in the complex but this is absolutely unreal.Go home to find the red I bought was actually the wrong product in the box. I went back not a word said I said I got the wrong product in the box no exchange no refund had to full out pay for another color I guess.And to top it all off. Sally's has stopped giving military discounts. Way to support our military....very sad. I guess I will stop giving your employees the complex discount at my store. Aside from them being rude no reason I should pay for messed up products.

Short stubby lady who works here is very off putting & weird, gave me attitude when I kept asking more details about haircolor. I’m trying to be thorough to not mess up my own hair. You can tell she is only trying to sell the expensive products when I asked about after care and has no personal experience with most if any of the products that I asked for clarification for. Definitely enjoyed my experiences at this store a month or two ago with the old ladies who work there. Seems like these younger employees don’t have enough knowledge going on between running the store & being curtious to customers… Why am I shopping somewhere the employees seem mad to be working there and can’t even give me correct advice on there products? Sad most Sally’s are going down the drain.

Everyone else seems nice besides one older woman with a heavy accent. Clearly she thought I was a thief judging by how she stared at a random fixture beside me after I told her I didn't need her help finding hair color. She was very rude upon checking me out, her idea of "upselling" was very condescending. She didn't bother bagging my items and just threw the receipt on the counter. Not sure of the requirements to work there but it doesn't seem like it takes a lot
