Was here just 2 weeks ago. BOY HAVE THEY CHANGED. Prices have skyrocketed, 20$ for a dress they got donated. What's up with that. I'll b shopping at Walmart clearness. Not worth trucking down there 100 miles for high prices. They can keep their donations. Bye bye Savers.

Had a nice experience with Luca. This associate helped me with the self check out and answered all my questions. She was pleasant and outgoing, which is a nice change with customer service! We had a delay in the check out process and she offered me a coupon to use the next time I visit. I will definitely be back. The store had a wide selection of clothing, shoes and household items. I found pants ranging from $3.00 to $15.00 and shoes for $7.00. The store was clean and the manager was friendly. To finally experience quality customer service, I would come back for that alone! Thank you Luca

I was off Savers ever since they decided not to bring back their dressing rooms after the Covid crisis. But, I thought I'd give them one more try. Knowing that I couldn't try on the 5 pairs of pants, I was dilligent to keep the receipt so I could return the ones that didn't fit. I went back today and had just enough time to return them, but she said no. Not only is there no refund (which I knew) but also no credit! You have to stay and choose something else and do an exchange!I'm not sure who they think their clients are, but most us work and can't spend a lot of time trying on more clothes when we just want a credit to use later.Savers may be doing well financially, but it won't last once everyone realizes that not only are their prices way too high but now they are keeping our money because they don't let you try on or return clother when we find out they don't fit.Savers has failed us.

I love this store. Haven’t been back to Goodwill or any other thrift store since I moved here and started shopping at Savers. Jason, the manager is awesome and Tyler provides excellent customer service.I always fine great slightly used items.

Horrible customer service at this location today. One of our kids was purchasing items and apparently one of the items was marked incorrectly. The checker said they could not sell the item to him because it was incorrectly marked. He politely asked if there was anyone that could mark it correctly as he really wanted that particular item. She told him no and refused to sell him the other items he had. Lost business for sure!

Everything is priced so high now selling stuff as if brand new when it's used and abused. Lady at the jewelry counter always restocking and "too busy" to help even though she helped a customer right in front of me but refused to help me

HARD PASS! DON’T GET BURNED!I rarely have a customer experience that is so bad, I am compelled to leave a negative review and warn fellow shoppers. But here we are.Savers has closed the fitting rooms meaning you have to buy the clothes to try them on at home. So I purchased several pairs of pants thinking I could return them for a refund if they didn’t fit, you know, like at any other reputable store with reasonable customer service. Wrong! Had to find out the hard way there’s no refund for items that don’t fit. Even with a receipt! I’m sorry, what?? These are not even new products. They are used goods donated to Savers for free! You’ve got to admit, that is bold. But wait, it gets worse! Returns are only for store credit AND they expire after two weeks. I had to dig for this information because the clerks were not forthcoming. Not surprising since I’m sure the they know how unpopular the policy is.I am still shocked at how blatantly bad this is. At the very least you could make the policy clear to people at checkout. SMH. Never coming back.

I used to shop here every week but after yesterday NO MORE ! Their prices are ridiculous! They've skyrocketed! $29.99 for a dress ???!! No way! i can buy one new at Ross for less then that. All their items like knickknacks and books have all been hiked. What a rip off.

So I was going to wait until I spoke with the district manager but no one has reached out to me after a week. ARIZA ORTEGA at check lanes was very rude to me and completely embarrassed me in front of the whole store. And after a week of really thinking about it I can see why she thought something was going on but working in loss prevention myself that isn’t how you should handle things at all. I turned around to ask her why she was refusing to service me and all she could say was “ I can refuse service to anyone I don’t need a reason “ which ok fair but I was so taken aback by the whole situation. She took the cart from me and I ended up forgetting my wallet in the cart and my anxiety was through the roof I couldn’t help but cry. So I guess my advice is be careful when shopping here because they will assume you’re up to something without any video evidence. Glad my employer makes sure someone is up to something before pursuing them. I would never want to make anyone feel this way. And the fact that it’s been a week I’m still bothered by it and DM hasn’t contacted me.

Trying to sell a FAKE LV shoulder bag for $250 and showed them that it was fake. Would not lower the price and had snippy comments on not lowering the price. Manager doesn’t show customers respect and has to put two sense in.

I stopped by on a Monday afternoon...I guess there must be some sort of additional percentage off, because the place was swarming with territorial bargain shoppers. I remember why I hate shopping in thrift stores. Some lady was blocking the wall of bagged toys like they were her prized possessions. I don't have time to deal with aggressive shoppers in an aisle of full of other people's unwanted junk, so I left. The employees were friendly. Working retail sucks in general, I can only imagine what they have to deal with here. Prices were decent. Plentiful parking.
