The place is nice, but the employees are rude. I told one employee weeks ago about the women's bathroom door locks, one broken, the other didn't exist. They've never fixed them. Came in this morning, Saturday March 8, 2025, and grab something to eat. Employee (guy with salt and pepper hair ad beard) was more interested in his phone than helping customers. I won't be coming back here. Every single time I do, it's always something.

The car wash does not work and the free vacuums are broken. They would not refund my money. DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!! THEY LIE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Decent gas station and location. A guy cashier that works here will try and stiff you if you're using cash. For example, he will try and give you one less buck than the cost of the product was, for your change. I believe it can possibly be a profiling thing. If you're reading this, you know who you are. Beware and don't let yourself get scammed!

I use Shell often but have never used this particular gas station. It is a long distance from my house but I needed gas. Well, I go tonight around 1030 pm and get gas. It offered a car wash and I said yes for 11 bucks. I go to use the car wash and it says it isn’t in service. It appears that it won’t be available for some time. I asked the cashier if I could use the code at the gas station at another Shell and he said no. So obviously I ask for my money back and he begins to argue with me over the fact that he cannot give me back the money. He was so rude. He made me feel like an idiot for wanting my money back but this gas station is completely out of my way. I explained that it shouldn’t offer a car wash if it is down. He said if he paid me back in cash, then I would only get a fraction of my money back hahahah. It made no sense. I am on a tight budget (I haven’t gotten a car wash in 2 months) and I said I could use this money for more gas and he said he could not transfer it. His reasoning was that the gas station and the car wash were separate. I asked who owned the car wash and he said Shell. I mean he made no sense and yelled at me towards the end. I will continue to use Shell but I will never go back to this gas station. They steal your money and then lie.

So there’s an ice and water tower outside i inserted the bills and didn’t get any water i went asked the employee which was an Indian guy on the phone he don’t even asked just come up with IDK while scrolling through his facebook,Ps the gas price is not what it shows on the board

No one was at the counter and I stood there AT LEAST 10 minutes just trying to buy a drink. Run your cameras back to Tuesday from 2. To 2:15 pm. Then the mexican girl finally came outside to ask if I paid for the drink after the man inside said he would take care of it and I handed him money. She was rude and rolled her eyes. Do better

I would give this place minus zero zero for everything. It's completely dirty and disgusting. The clerk was very rude today and shushed me when I wanted to ask him a question. I got a car wash, and what a joke. It only cleaned half of my truck, and the FREE vacuums had zero suction and complete garbage. Don't waste your time going here.

Terrible I go there all the time for propane I have a call button on the pump so you can speak to somebody at the counter you hit the call button and they ignore you. They start filling propane at 6 o’clock you hit the button before 6 o’clock and then finally walk in after standing there at the pump and they can’t be courteous enough to come out and fill at least one tank. I spent hundreds of dollars there on propane and they’re willing to lose customers overfilling one single tank! It’s sad!
