Anyways it being one of those hot miserable days suddenly changed as I walked through the Peoria Market Place a breeze of fresh cool air whistled by me bringing in the nicest monsoonish clouds with a spritz of immediate rain, but with that rain it brought out the happiest of fellow Peorians.
