Feel so awful for the elderly trying to use the kiosk to “check in”. So what does the lady do who sits at front desk now? We’re doing their job! Front desk girl was annoyed when a patient asked to use the restroom! Natalia, lab technician was super sweet and gentle. Five stars for Natalia!

My son generally has awful blood draw experiences, but Emeralda did a great job. It was his best experience yet! We also were in and out in 30 minutes, as a walk-in this truly was the best blood draw experience we've had in a very long time.

Place is packed, though I made an appointment, Have to stand outside, no room inside. Have to check in with a pad and wait., went pretty quick. Lady that took my blood was awesome.
