I walked in to get my blood drawn. I waited 30 minutes for someone to return at noon. I was rudely asked by, Penny, if I had an appointment. I told her I did not, I had just come from the Deer Valley location after waiting 3 hours and not getting my blood drawn. She rudely said, that’s because everyone needs their blood drawn. We are appointment only! I told her online it does not say, appointment only. She walked over to the door and pointed, see it’s on the door! So, I drove all the way to this location for information to be read on the door. I asked her if she could possibly squeeze me in, as I needed just one small draw. She said, no! There was another woman waiting in the area and she was just as appalled at her rudeness. Penny told me to go to the Bell location and handed me a sheet with the address. She added, or I can make an appointment for 12/26. I was sure to write her name down. Another man had walked in and saw how I was treated and offered to give me his appointment because he saw how upsetting the situation was. She said, no! She’s not getting it. Her rudeness did not go unnoticed by many who were there. I thanked the kind man and left with my upset 4 year old in tow. My 4 year old watched the hole thing and became upset. My 4 year old learned a lesson. Not everyone is kind. People choose how they act. We choose to be kind, even when others are not. We also speak up and report unkindness, so businesses can fix or train employees on customer service skills. She could have been kind, empathetic and told me she was unable to get me in today. Instead, she chose to be unkind the moment she walked in the door.

This Sonora Quest Labs on Union Hills is like a cattle call. Just downright terrible. The only place that seems to be open on Saturday to get blood work.

Very poor patient care. My wife set up an appointment through their website and I received the email confirmation. When I went to my appointment, the front desk person states that I’m not in the system. She just end it like that, even after I showed my email confirmation of the appointment. What’s the point of setting up an appointment online with the evidence of having the appointment? I feel like the person should at least try to help me figure the problem especially cause it wasn’t my fault if I’m not in the system.

we had been waiting for my blood test results for three weeks just to find out they randomly cancelled it without even telling us. now i have to get my blood drawn all over again but i will be going to a different location because this is the second time this has happened. ridiculous.

I have tried twice to make an appointment and have labs drawn and each time they show no orders. My provider sent them over electronically and Sonora never recieves them. I tried to use their website to contact to see if the lab orders were recieved more then once and it won't allow for me to submit my request each time. Difficult lab system to deal with.

The team here did an amazing job when my 1 year old had to get labs drawn. Kudos to Tara who helped me out today when I was in a bind as a patient. I also deliver specimens here for my job. Staff are always pleasant, professional and helpful. Only complaint is they should go back to 2 staff members and really disappointed they stopped drawing on Saturdays.

Failed to test for the labs on the actual lab order. My husband just had his blood drawn for absolutely no reason. Lab simply cancelled the order after blood drawn.

Debbie was amazing! Extremely pleasant and managed the office well with a full room of patients. My experience was optimized by Debbie's positive and humor. Highly recommended as she is a skilled in her craft of drawing blood, and I was not in pain whatsoever.

debbie was the sweetest tech ever! i usually have bad experiences getting my blood drawn and she did amazing. the front desk lady was also so incredibly sweet. definitely my new place to get my labs done!

My daughter and I have been going to this location the past couple months for Saturday appointments.The techs have been very friendly and they get us in and out in a timely manner!

WOW! What a pleasant experience at my blood draw today with Debbie! I don't have prominent veins which can be troublesome for me and most phlebotomists, but not Debbie! She took such extraordinary care to talk to me about my concerns, she went out of her way to make me comfortable, she took her time to find my biggest vein BEFORE making the stick and voila - like magic - she had the needle in my arm before I even knew it! BEST blood draw ever! When it's time for more lab work, I will drive out of my way to this location and make sure that Debbie is working that day! Truly an amazing experience! Thank you Debbie! I can truly say you are the best!

The man in the front with the broken English was rude, lazy and extremely unhelpful. The ladies were great.
