We love our new hot tub! We received nothing but great communication and service. We were even were able to have our hot tub delivered and set up for here in Flagstaff. We highly recommend Southwest Hot Tub Warehouse!

Customer Service is OUTSTANDING. Sam answers my questions and can assess the problem by phone, guiding me with what needs to be done. Just recently, after assessing my problem, he decided that a tech needed to come to my home to fix the outlet cord. He responded immediately and had someone out the very next day.
