Got there couple minutes after nine when they first open waiting five minutes to sign in. Seem to be a lot of confusion in the front desk then proceeded to wait 45 minutes after being put on deck. My name was never called and realize people after me going right in. I find this very Disappointing and lack of organization. I then asked after the last person was called where was my name? My name is still on deck. No apology, so I proceeded to storm out went across the street walk right in and got a haircut. I was thinking about getting a black card But not anymore. Very disappointing regular customer.

ELLI is undoubtedly her. We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary of her being my stylist. She’s probably one of the best stylist I’ve had. Great personality, and attention to detail. Always offers me soda or water and gives great shampoos! She is a staple in this location. Will continue to be a customer as long as she is here!!

I've been going to this location for 3 years...every 10 days! Sara and Jen do an outstanding job! I always leave the store refreshed, relaxed and no doubt the best looking guy in Peoria! I appreciate all the stylist that are on their feet all day and are kind enough to go above and beyond! Thank you ladies!

Jennifer at the Lake Pleasant location in Peoria, AZ is Amazing. She is very personable and does an Amazing job every time I come in for a haircut. She always talks to me about products that could benefit my hair.
