Very bad customer service with night shift, horrible service in printing department, you should find some one responsible for job, I arrived 7:20 and ask to print 20 pages reply sorry I can’t do it we close.

My mom needed a sewing chair. The store matched the online price, put it together for $20 and carried it out to the car for us. The young lady who assisted us was wonderful as was the young man who brought it to the car. I only wished I had my business cards with. I would love to have them working for my business!! Nice job all!!

I found an associate and asked for help. She was reluctant and did absolutely nothing to find the item I was looking for. This happened 3 times with the same employee. She was unfriendly, didn't know where the items were that I was looking for.
On the other hand, the cashier was incredible. She was knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, offered me several suggestions and worked with me to download the app and help me learn how to use it. She was AMAZING!!
