Our computer was compromised twice in a period of three weeks with $4000 being taken from our checking account. In addition, this affected all our automatic payments, including State Farm. I cannot say enough about the outstanding service that I have received from Kayleigh Turnstall, account rep, for Kevin McGraw. I've personally spoken to her three times at the office and numerous times by phone. She is extremely courteous, professional, and very helpful. Also, it is a pleasure dealing with someone from Ireland, a country that I highly respect. After our previous State Farm agent retired, I was fortunate to stop by at Kevin's office, which is only two miles from us, and was immediately welcomed by all. Would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs insurance.

I have been a State Farm customer all of my adult life. The agents that have been assigned to me have been great, and the office personnel have been very helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to listen to you and answer any questions you may have. I would like to give a special recognition to a an account representative whose name is Kayleigh T. She is a great asset to State Farm. She listened to all my concerns, answered my questions and has kept in contact with me for any and all updates. Thank you Kayleigh. You are the best!!

I have been with State Farm for approximately 6 months and I moved up north. The house was inspected by a State Farm representative who identified some issues and put my policy in cancellation status. I felt these issues were impossible to overcome and furthermore not able to satisfy the underwriter. Kayleigh advised me what needed to be done such as photos and receipts. At this point I was already shopping around for a replacement insurance and all the quotes were higher than State Farm. Kayleigh continued to work between myself and the underwriter for approximately two weeks until the home was signed off to be in good standing. Kayleigh continued to text, call and email me during this process. It’s not often you find a person who is employed by a company that go the extra mile these days. It would have been easier for her to tell me sorry and continue with her day. I appreciate her hard work and dedication. I hope your boss and company recognizes your dedication and commitment to State Farm. This is one of the reasons I decided to insure my autos and home with Kevin McGraw insurance. I use to have the big box store insurance companies where I couldn’t speak to a human on the phone.
