I'm from out of state and only dealt with them remotely. I put a deposit down on a RV, it went through their safety inspection and failed. They returned my deposit and didn't charge for the inspection. I later saw the RV I was going to buy on that area FB marketplace. Their story appeared to check out.

Took a while to sell our trailer.but staff was eager to get it in, but when came time to give us our check, staff would not call us back, left 3 messages was past 21 days, finally got a hold of someone there and drove down to get my check.
