this was the most unpleasant experience I've EVER had at a storage facility. management was unprofessional, vindictive and simply miserable to deal with both as a business entity and as a person. simply miserable, and I don't know if I was singled or or if this is how she conducts business, but gauging from my limited interaction with other customers here as well as the local police department, it's not just me.
facility is also pitch black at night, and cameras work well enough for the manager to tell me everything I do from the second I arrive, but not catch the culprits in action when my unit was broken into. curious...

The online process was very easy to navigate and the follow up call from the manager to ensure that everything was done made the entire process more comforting.

Ted - the manager who was at sun rest when I first rented was great. He deserves a 5 star and I hope he is doing well.
I have been evicted and have to be out by the end of the month. I have had vandalism in my unit and notified the office. I purchased new locks from office. I'm trying to calm down - my blood pressure is 158/109' I'm in my 60's and after being told I had a short 2 weeks to move out - 2 days ago they overlooked my units with red locks and told me the only time I could remove my belongings was during office hours - between 10 - 5:30 - the hottest pert of the day. I can't work in the heat - thieves will have more access to my property than me.
The current manager threatened to charge me $50 in addition to my rent if I didn't pick up dog poop that was 2 units away from mine - I don't have a dog.
After getting caught in a downpour Easter weekend I left 2 wet boxes in front of my unit to dry and they were gone the next day, I guessed someone needed them and then a week later she told me I had to pay an extra $50. because I left them. They were empty. She complains that people leave items in unit or pile garbage next to the dumpster when they move out. So letting my boxes dry was my mistake.
When I first rented unit there was no problem driving my RV because it was the only vehicle I had - now since Ted left - she says I can't bring it on the property,
The main office told me - basically she can do what she wants and interpret the contract how she wants to.
I read the "owner's" response and I emailed as requested to make any arrangements I could to remove my belongings from the unit in time, before the 11 days were up. I also looked it up and left voicemails at the asset management office in detail. But I received NO response, from anyone. One day i arrived insight and then one of my tires went flat. The few days I did go to move items - I had no help and it was too hot to work very long. Then my car quit and the mechanic replaced the MAP sensor and another part that I was able to borrow money for - I received widows pay the second Wednesday each month, quit often, like a lot of people - I run out of money before I run out of month.
So no one called me about "my welfare" I received automated calls about a bill, called each time and was told they were coming because I was still in the system- but I didn't owe anything. Then once my van was running again - had one day left and one to help, I called the office and told her and again asked for an extra day. No - no , no - then received a call that my friend had been in accident. He was ok but not his car - so even working the last few hours I had I still had everything I own in there. No extensions - never late with payments - and they couldn't give me a couple extra day or a week to do what they gave me 11 days to do. I'm sick - apparently have no recourse. There should be a way to stop this from happening to a 66 year old widow.i was paying over $300 a month.due on 2 different date each month and during the last week when my car was waiting on parts - they extended my hours, but it didn't really help - they wouldn't let me drive my RV on site.
They have my contact info - but I can only be reached at one number - because my account info to fix the one that quit last week -- is in the storage. -- Google please change that to NO STARS - Tamara

Both the lady I spoke to on phone and one I met in office were super nice. They walked me through the whole process and made sure I received all the help I needed! Best experience with a storage facility yet
