This target has gone down hill. I am constantly seeing things on the shelves that are expired that should be taken off the shelves. Why would you not pay attention to that.

Horrible service! If I can give negative, I would have. It makes me wonder how these companies stay in business. Each Target you go to and each employee makes their own policy. I have never heard of a company that can take up to 3 coupons in a day! Yes you are reading this correctly. I had purchased over 10 items and had 6 coupons. Coupons were for each item and was not the same. Do you not realize you get reimbursed for these coupons? It’s like cash! Stay away from the Target in Peoria off lake pleasrent. Employees look so damn miserable and can tell they hate being at work. They don’t smile and if you ask for help, it’s like you’re bothering them.

The attitude of the staff was very bad. When I went to get the free Christmas bear, I was told that each household could only get one bear. There was no such note on the instructions for receiving it. When my husband went to other stores, he was given two directly. I don’t know if it discriminates against Asians.

Stock your stores after hours.
Clean your stores BEFORE they open.
Pay your employees a living wage.
Hire employees specifically for drive up only.
Your stores are turning into Walmart.
Give employees a raise to keep up with inflation, not just survive, and a Christmas bonus.

Horrible experience. Couldn’t find an employee to help me because he wasn’t wearing anything to identify as an employee and he was texting every time I looked at him.

Great store. Clean and well stocked with quality products. My only complaint is that the self checkout employees can make the process uncomfortable as they act like security guards instead of customer service representatives. I avoid the self checkout because of that. Otherwise, the customer service is overall good.

Terrible customer service at guest services for order pick up. They should learn not to be so argumentative with customers!!!!!!

i visited today with my daughter around 11am and I was behind a lady and her grandson. She was being so rude to the lady ringing her up. She acted like she was in the 40’s and wouldn’t hand her the money and wouldnt say anything so the lady asked her if she wanted to pay with it and she snarked at her. She asked was there something wrong with the money and the lady said usually people say ok or hand it to her. Obviously she can’t grab it because then she would complain then too. She was trying to get the change and she called her ignorant and she said that’s your job. The lady said we need to know when you want to pay and she again tells her that’s her job. My daughter said she isn’t a servant and the lady agreed and said it too. The customer became more rude and the lady called over her manager who just treated the lady working like she was wrong. He told her to get air like she was upset and she wasn’t. That manager is ALWAYS rude to us but to be mean to the lady was shocked. After I paid I told her to not let them get to her and she should not be pushed off by him. We are not going to go back anymore is this how you treat them that work for you. We always come to her line because she sweet and warm kind. He could’ve asked and we would’ve told him. He doesn’t like her and said sorry like we were upset. He is horrible.

This target is way nicer than the one in Goodyear west (995 S cotton Ln) it’s remodeled, clean and perfect.

The employees are nice. I just don’t care for any of the clothes anymore. My family used to buy so many clothes here. Very dissatisfied on that account. Other than that, food selection is good. I like Good n’ Gather brand. Used to love this store.

Very clean, well stocked store. I was amazed with the selection of toiletries. There is a dedicated aisle for each product....hair care, soaps, shaving, women's personal, etc.

This Target will forever be my favorite in Arizona! It's well merchandised and they usually have everything I need. The clothing section is very organized and so is the home. The only problem I had once was when there was an item in the back and the employees would not go in the back to check on it. I ended up buying it online but other than that, amazing store!
