“This Discount Tire has the best customer service I ever seen! I came in because of the free flat tire repair, I had a screw in my tire and it was almost 5:30pm in the afternoon, I feared of being turned away because the time was so close to closing. Brant assisted me with no problem. He assessed the situation, took a look at all 4 tires gave me his recommendation and took my car in. When looking at my tires he asks me about myself and how I was doing and he sure did spread some positivity while talking (Very kind and it left an impression)

While waiting in the lobby, I watch and hear another young man named Sebastian answer the phone with kindness (again so close to closing and tells the customer over the phone, come on in we'll help you) Later offers everyone in the lobby some water. I continue to watch the guys outside through the window and see the hard work of these young men running back and forth knocking out all these cars and handing over the keys once completed! This store is doing something great, it looks like this store has all good guys working here! Just thought I'd share.”

“About 5 years ago or so I had a bad experience at this discount and refused to go back there since. They must have a new manager or something there now, because now they are really well organized and when they tell you a time frame it actually is done within that time frame. I recently purchased all four new tires for my C7 and that was a very pricey deal, but about 3 months later I had a flat tire on one of the rear tires. Since they are the closest to my house I put air in it and then went there to have them patch it and hope it was patchable. I had an appointment for 5:00 p.m. because that was a little earliest I could get online but I ended up working from home so I brought it in around 1, and they were packed line out the door and I thought oh crap going to be here forever just dropping off. But within three or four minutes multiple people came in from the shop and started taking care of the line and within 2 minutes the entire line was gone and we were all being helped. I let him know about the tire and said I was bringing it early for my appointment at 5:00 because I was home so I could come and pick it up anytime and just leave it. And he told me it'll be done by 3:00 and I'll let him know there's no hurry on it if it's later it's later, and sure enough I got a text message with the status of my vehicle, which I really love! And then at about 1:45 it said it was in the bay and then about 2:15 I got a text message and an alert saying everything's done and come pick up.

I went in to pick up my car and I was the only one in line while other people were being helped. And while one guy was making his decision on tires The sales guy asked me if I was just picking up and I said yeah, and then he was able to hit me my keys and tell me I was good to go patch was fixed. It was probably one of the best experiences I've had in a discount tire In a very long time! This place really turned around is doing a really good job!”

“Came here a long time ago to have some work done so I decided to go back I needed just an alignment but saw that they did other services. So they gave me a good price and then they went beyond that and showed me some other things that were happening to my car, which I knew were true cause I had the dealer tell me the same thing and a Mobile Mechanic, but I like that they were honest and showed me what was happening underneath the car And they didn’t push me to do the other work. You know they were honest with what the cost were and what I was looking at, so I appreciate them very much. I’m very happy with my car. !”
