Went in for 2 lawn chairs. Picked out and up and the register. Wait no UPC codes. The young man said I can't ring these up with no code? Then he said you run back there and get another chair with the code? No dude I'm handicap and to get these in the cart to the register was a feat! Then he said well you cant have the chairs then! WTH. I stood there and he started checking out someone else! Home Depot what the heck is wrong with disabled people ? I'm 70 yrs old the checker could have used a microphone to call for service or back up! I think your customer service is the worst ever, up your game or fire the lazy rude kids and get real people that give a crap to work there! My god your right next to one of the biggest senior communities in Az. You just screwed that one up! Never ever will I step foot into that place again. Ace Hardware here we come!

This is the most useless Home Depot in all of Phoenix. Management at this location is useless. Their parking lot is always a mess. Carts everywhere. You can never find carts inside. The store is very messy inside, even for a Home Depot. I've spoken to management before and encouraged them to clean the store up. They are lazy and don't care and are only there for the big yearly bonuses.

They have 2 of my gas blower's going on 3 weeks now, wife called Sunday and was told their mechanic comes in once a week. If they would of told me that I would of taken it elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

One of my favorite Home Depots. Last year our local Home Depot canceled our Christmas light order and we were without. We made do and lined the house with strands with large bulbs to get by. I almost waited too long this year again! Our local location only had 12 boxes left. Concerned about accurate inventory I placed my order out of the North Peoria location so I was hopefully guaranteeing availability. I received my email and my order was ready in a locker. If your getting a lot of items make sure to bring a cart with you to pick up. Spscious clean Home Depot. Super friendly employees. Not as busy as our local location. Usually has better inventory.

If I could give it no stars I would. This by far has been one of the worse buying experiences of my life. We purchased a major appliance over 6 weeks ago, the first delivery that was scheduled they never showed up or called. the second delivery they actually showed up but damaged the unit on the install that a blind person could have done a better job with. We called the store again and they rescheduled another visit to see what the issue was, and that the earliest they could come out was another 10 days. The second crew came out and asked laughing "who installed this?" When I told them that it was there company, they said you have to be kidding me. They stated that the previous installer damaged the unit, and we would have to wait for another two weeks for delivery. We didn't have much of a choice, so we waited only to get blown off again. I called the store this morning and they couldn't tell me why the delivery company didn't show up, but that they have it now rescheduled for another 2 weeks wait. UNBELIEVABLE!!! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

I went into the store this morning to buy an electric space heater their website said had 21 in stock. The item was somewhere in the store but they were not sure where. Someone in customer service took my name and phone number to call me after she found more information. When she didn't call back I placed the order online to pickup at the store when ready. Someone called to let me know what I wanted was still on a truck, wouldn't be available for a few days, cancelled my order so it doesn't hurt their performance metrics and asked me to place the order again after a few days. Are you kidding me? Bought the item elsewhere online which I should have done in the first place.

The WORST CUSTOMER CARE ... do NOT go to this location. Purchased a $3898.00 Bosch refrigerator- 2 weeks having it - leaks water inside the door - call HD said contact Bosch - Bosch service comes 1 month later replaces ice maker - ice maker does NOT make ice - contact HD MOD - sorry let me give you a loaner fridge, but it's much smaller!!! No I need service before September 25th that they offered. Aug 25 Bosch service comes out says - this is deemed not repairable I'll write a report. Today HD MOD Natalie says sept 20 your set up with a new ice maker and some other part!!! - I said NOPE NOT OK contact this company - do what's right for your customer. I'm not Busch's customer I'm yours I bought this from HD your location. - now we are 2 months and freezer freezes over and fridge is condensation. Well my credit card company has taken on this fight - and Home Depot don't you worry I'd never come there! Folks ... B&B appliances awesome customer care see James

I order some blinds from here. They have a 3rd party to measure them. They used A & A Installation in Mesa AZ. They call me to an appointment. I kept my part but they don't know how to keep there part. They were no shows. Which I see on there home page that is normal. When they called me to make the next one I asked why they didn't show up? No I deal I was told. I asked to talk to a manager they told me it wouldn't matter what you say. I understand why Home Depot uses 3rd parties but I was thinking why do A & A installation tell Home Depot how we do business and not how Home Depot don't tell them how to treat there customers. It's not looking good to have my blinds install by Home Depot.

I like the Home Depot and the staff for the most part. I say for the most part because everyone that works the floor is amazing and helpful but the department heads and the "leaders" at Home Depot are far behind the curve of a good leader. I worked with Michael on the kitchen and he was very smart and knowledgeable on what I needed. I was told 4 months for cabinets and it took eight months but whatever it is what it is. "Covid" haha for anyone who doesn't know Covid is an excuse for poor management. Anyways my counter tops are also through Home Depot and this is where my problems begin. They have measured wrong but installed anyways and now I have sections with big seams and faucet holes where they weren't supposed to be and some parts of my walls cut to make them fit. I have been trying to get ahold of someone to fix it for months now and I still haven't gotten a response. I paid $85 a square foot and it looks like my kids could have done a better job at Measuring and installing these countertops. I have also received emails from Home Depot about signing off on the installation and I told them I refuse to sign anything until it's fixed. And guess what, no response back. Lol it's a joke I spent over 35k on my kitchen and they take your money and leave. I would never recommend Home Depot for a kitchen remodel unless you like poor work and headaches. And above all I would never recommend The Countertop Factory for anything. They are above and beyond the worst company to deal with. Sorry I don't have a picture of the sink but it's bad. The back overhangs the sink 3/4 of an inch. And the sides are flush to the edge like it's supposed to be. Poor craftsmanship

Writing this review on behalf of my mother in law. She went to Home Depot with intention of renovating her kitchen. She selected all of her cabinets, countertop, etc out and paid in February 2021. It is now September 2021 and the kitchen is still not completed. My mother in law is tough as nails and had consistently pleaded with Home Depot to get the job done. And I have never seen her so distraught. Issues: zero communication, she would call Home Depot to get updates would pass her off. She would go to the store to be able to talk to someone to try and get an update on when her kitchen would be worked on. Workers showing up without knowing what they're doing, without supplies, tools - claiming they can't work on the kitchen. Ripped out her existing backsplash; it was supposed to remain in place. Was without a sink for 4 months for who knows why. She was washing dishes in her bath tub. Countertop not installed appropriately, cabinets not installed appropriately (gaps, warping, etc). The biggest issue is the communication, there was none, when there was they would blow smoke up you know where. Home Depot would claim not their fault that contractors weren't getting things done. Home Depot partnered with the contractors, received a huge check; it is their responsibility to make sure the job is done right and in a timely fashion. Do not work through Home Depot unless you have tons of time to kill and don't care to use whatever room you are paying them to remodel.

This is my go to place for any home repair good or really a lot of things. My dog loves that they are pet friendly and all the new smells he gets to explore. I've had great customer service over the last 5 years coming to this store and Today Robert inspired me to write a review. He went above and beyond to help me find something I needed. They were out of the original item but he had a different idea which ended up saving me time and money.

Large location. This is one on the nicest Home Depots I have been to. Everything form the outside facade to the greenhouse-ish area was elevated higher than a typical Home Depot. Garden center was a little different than other Home Depots I have visited. There is the typical outdoor garden center. There is also a greenhouse-ish area. I say "ish" because the area doesn't have a glass roof. This area has many of the plants typically found in their indoor garden centers, potting soil and pots. Having it like this allows for more seasonal items inside. Selection was what one typically expects to find at The Home Depot. Employees were helpful. One pointed us in the right direction. In two other departments we were asked if we needed help. At checkout we used the self checkout option.

Two ladies at the customer service, specifically a white woman with glasses and a black woman gave me a hard time with my inquiries and practically ruined my day. I try my best to be easy, I usually get the lowest standards of service/results from them with rudeness, obnoxious, and childish behaviors. I understand they may go through a lot, especially since it's close to evening, but it doesn't mean they should ruin it for others and spread negativity in the world. They should find a different, less sophisticated occupation if they can't keep it in. This is why I'd skip my local HD on the weekdays and opt in on a lovely Saturday whenever there's a need at the customer service. Hell, I'll shop on a Saturday as well because I'm just done with getting a glimpse of these people at the entry I've mentioned earlier. Maybe there will be a day I'll shop on the weekday in a few decades or going to another HD location whenever absolutely necessary. The customer service this Saturday morning absolutely deserves a 5 star.

This must be the holy grail of Home Depot's. First time in my life that I didn't feel crazy anxiety in the parking lot alone. Usually it's a nightmare to even get to it...no matter location. The parking lot was easy to maneuver, people were nice and their garden center was to die for. I came looking for a certain paver for my backyard because we miscalculated after already visiting two other HD. Unfortunately again to no avail. Seems this is a popular paver. This location is a bit out of my way, but for the ease in and out with no traffic, crazy drivers or parking issues I'd come more often.
