Amazing! Thank you Dave and Phauty for helping and fixing my phone. Upfront honesty is what I got and didn't have to pay out of pocket as it was still under warranty and based on damage Samsung covers the repair. I highly recommend coming here if you have a Samsung or even other brands and don't go to those other private locations as what they quoted me was absurd.This place contracts with Samsung and won't make take a dime if it's covered

Paul & Ethan were very nice and professional. They got my phone screen fixed in a timely manner! There is so much to do in the Plaza of UBreakiFix so the time definitely passed by quick. They called my Husband to let us know phone is ready! Thank you so much again! You were very helpful

The employees I interacted with were all great. They were welcoming & very informative. They made me comfortable in trusting them with my device. All my questions & concerns were addressed. My device was finished when they said it would be. They & their helpfulness are appreciated.

Ethan and Fadi were amazing. They took this phone and fixed it enough to bring back some very special recording of mom's stories on voice recorder. They attempted it as many times to find a way. Above and beyond these guys went and it was truly appreciated.

Guy at the front desk was very nice & helpful - can’t remember his name, now. the service was amazing and extremely fast. i scheduled an appointment through my phone insurance to fix my shattered screen. my screen is like brand new, they cleaned out my speakers for free and it all took less than 2 hours. it was barely an hour & half between the time i walked in and the time i got my phone back. 10/10.

Hands down the BEST place to go for your device needs. The customer service is above and beyond! Frenchy T. Is absolutely a gem! So pleasant, sincere, knowledgeable, patient etc. She gave me multiple options for my issues and in terms I could understand. There’s not enough stars in the universe for her! The Techs were Very Professional, Thorough, Helpful and Friendly.They were able to charge my tablet and retrieve my data as well as factory reset it so I could send my old tablet back as it was replaced through warranty.I am very grateful and very pleased.

UPDATE - It's obvious from these reviews that they are a rotten "business" and all legit reviews are negative. As will most of these things on Yelp, they call their Moms, siblings and friends and get them to write 5-star reviews to offset the 1-star ones. Don't be fooled. This place is not a business. It's Beavis and Butt Head running a scam.The WORST service of all time. Every single employee and the manager all lied to me. What a joke! The last guy who said he worked on it yesterday AND today, told me he hadn't run First Aid. I was gobsmacked. I went and picked it up and brought it home. It took 2 minutes to run First Aid, and three minutes to partition the hard drive. Then it took an hour to reinstall the OS. They had it for a WEEK. I would like to write it off as incompetence, but I believe they are shysters, milking the job for everything they can get out of it. When I took it in, the manager signed me up for Asurion Home Plus, which will pay them for all this BS "labor" they haven't done. Truly a disgraceful excuse for a "business." The franchise should be revoked, at minimum, and Yelp should give an option for Zero stars.PS - It was the manager, "Fadi," or however it's spelled, that told me it was a simple matter of partitioning. Why in the world would he not leave that note for his employees? When I called on Friday some complete either liar or idiot told me over and over again that they had ordered a Macintosh tool that they needed before they could even partition it. I thought, "Wow, it's really messed up." on Monday, another guy said it had just been sitting there, there were no notes about anything, and no tool had been ordered. Today the guy just kept trying to install old backups. He hadn't run diagnostics or disk utility. They didn't care one bit about how important the computer was to me or my company. So I, a 63 year old grandmother with Parkinson's, retrieved it, brought it home and fixed it. Next stop - Better Business Bureau.

After I dropped my phone off for battery repair, I realized the total on my receipt was different than what I was quoted over the phone (just a miscommunication), and because I had signed their terms and conditions, I got nervous I was going to deal with some difficulty! I am so grateful that the team here was understanding of the miscommunication, halted service, and returned my phone to me as it was, with no issues or cost. Phone companies/repair stores experiences in my past have been tedious and inconsiderate to anything other than my money, so I truly appreciate them working with me and will surely recommend this specific location to anyone who needs electronic assistance!

This place is a joke. Dirtiest store I've ever seen. They won't help you. They don't notate accounts like they are supposed to. And they tell everyone they don't have any parts to fix your phone, and you need to go somewhere else. I've watched 7 out of seven people who came here, while I was waiting to be helped, and all 7 and myself were told the exact same thing. No parts. Asurion sends people there based on the stores inventory of parts. So they really do have them. They just don't want to work. I have spoken at length to asurion corporate about this location, so they know. Let's just see if anything changes.

Person was nice, but service was terrible. Quoted an hour-hour and a half “at most” and he made a comment about how quick the actual service takes but that there were others ahead of us (we had an appointment). We came in an hour and a half later and the phone was still not ready. A half hour wait more and the phone was finally returned to us newly damaged… but hey, the screen was fixed! Overpriced for the quality of service—so it cost us a lot of time and money.

Took ps5 to get hdmi port fixed. When I picked it up multiple pieces were missing and damaged. When I asked about a missing stand they told me “it didn’t have one” 0 stars if I could. Customer service is terrible and it is nearly impossible to get ahold of them when you call. Was put on hold for over an hour

Asurion at 73rd and Bell. Ethan and Wolfe were both extremely helpful. Wolfe determined that my repair was covered under Google's extended screen warranty, so the repair was free and I was elated. Ethan was the person who checked me in and did original diagnosis and he was such a pleasant and polite young man. I got to the store 25 minutes before they were to close, but Ethan never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. In fact, it was just the opposite. This is one of the best experiences I have had at a retail store in a very very long time.

Today (07/14/2023), I went into this Asurion to have my camera fixed on my mobile. Fadi, who has been the technician working on my mobile from the very beginning is very professional, friendly, and upfront from the get go. He fixed my camera and found out there was some type of mechanical issues with the side buttons on my mobile. He immediately ordered the new parts to install in my mobile. Very nice and efficient. He promised a phone call as soon as my new components come in for additional repairs to my mobile. I would recommend this place for great mobile repairs...screens, cameras and pretty much any dysfunction on one's mobile. Thanks Fadi for your hard work on my mobile.
