NEVER USE THIS LOCATION THEY STEAL! I went in to mail my mom a card. In this card which I taped the back of using packing tape was her social security money. A whopping $140. I sent it certified requiring signature as I always do. I live in my car so I can’t always afford to drive her the money and I’m all she has so this is our only option. She lives in an assisted living facility so they know to expect her package. UPS ALWAYS puts her cards in an envelope that’s designed for certified mail with a big green sticker on it. The girl at the front said she would be putting it in said envelope, gave me my part of the green sticker and even measured it to make sure it would fit in their certified envelope. Today I get notified it couldn’t be delivered so I had to drive out and pick it up from usps. The card was cut across the top, taped, and the green sticker over the top to further secure it. When my mom opened it the card was there the money was gone. So good job you stole every dime a poor old woman had. I called to report it and was told I had to file a claim with usps because they made the final delivery. No accountability! Go ANYWHERE ELSE! Nasty horrible people work at this location. Shame on you!

Excellent service. Best of any UPS Store I have done business with. Stopped in for notary and international delivery to bank in Canada. Rodney brought to my attention a missing item on the forms to be notarized. He was absolutely correct. The bank made a mistake. Rodney saved me from having to do it all twice. Service when I returned with forms sorted out was also efficient. They pay attention here and look out for their customers!

This used to be a fantastic store, but under the new ownership, the service has dramatically changed. Constantly, we don’t receive notices of scanned packages until after they’ve closed. We’ve been given other peoples packages on multiple occasions. They consistently tell us that packages are not there, and we then have to show them the text messages. The system sent us of the delivery. Or show the Amazon UPS or FedEx tracking that shows that it was signed for. The price for the service has gone up since the new owners have taken over, but the service provided for what we pay has dramatically changed, if there was a closer, UPS Store or one that wasn’t four times the drive we would change.

owner Mike and emp Keri gave exceptional service today. the place was so busy yet both came over to the printer to help me with a reformatting and make copies! worthy of mention, heard the best copiers in our area are at this location.

I have a deep appreciation for this particular UPS store. It’s not just the services they offer, but the people who work there that make it such a pleasant experience. Furthermore, the convenience that this UPS store provides is something I greatly value. One of the key features that I find particularly beneficial is the availability of mailboxes. Having a mailbox here offers a secure and reliable method for receiving mail, which is an essential service for both personal and business needs. This aspect of convenience, combined with the exceptional customer service, contributes to why I hold this UPS store in such high regard.
