Doesn't communicate well, talks fast, doesn't listen. Told me $2.50 for a one page fax. Charged me $5.00. Skip this place. Go to Office Depot instead.

Employees of this particular store always greet me and thank me for my business. The woman manager of the store goes above and beyond. Hard to find employees like that.

We made an appointment to get some documents notarized. Once there we were served right away but noticed we needed witnesses. The couple running this location were so patient and worked diligently to get some customers to volunteer to witness for us. They were very patient, understanding, and willing to explain any issues to all of the customers we witnessed. For any and all of your package needs or services they provide - I recommend this location!

Came here for Notary services and its my first time. Harjeet graciously helped thru each steps and made sure it is done seamlessly as she took time to assist me.
Everyone is really nice and sincere.
This ups store is more than just sending packages.

Thank you to the friendly and thorough staff at the UPS Store! I had to get a document notarized and they were efficient, by the book and ensured that my documents were accepted by the state! I have been coming to this location for a few years now. They are always so friendly and helpful. Today, I needed a non-standard type box. They worked with me to put together two boxes to make one that will work perfectly for my needs. Thanks again for the great service!

I usually have an amazing experience at this business specifically this location but today…. Not so much. I was attempting to ship a firearm part back to a vendor (not serialized) which is against their policy. I’ve done this dozens of times previously so I asked when did that change… the associate helping me was dismissive and rude talking over me repeating what they do and don’t do…. I had to tell her thank you have a nice day to get her to be quiet! Maybe she was used to people arguing or being belligerent with her…. That’s not me and I don’t appreciate being treated this way. Do better

I had an excellent trip at the store today.
My representative was Harjeet she was so kind and so patient.
Herjeet was quick yet thorough and she explained everything to me that I needed to know regarding getting a passport photo.
I came at the last minute but she treated me like I had come hours before closing, so I gave her 200% out of 100%. She was Amazing! So friendly and kind and professional.
I will definitely come back to this facility to do business.

Mrs Harjeet, the current manager specializes in making your shipping experience a great one. She has set the example for the staff that being efficient, professional, and willing to laugh creates a great experience and sets the stage for customer retention. Our associate Beth was simply amazing and very helpful. Store is also immaculately clean. This is now my go to store for all my shipping needs.
