Checked in with my US Bank branch in the Safeway at 83rd & Cactus today. I like that U. S. Bank hires people with life experience, are great a customer service and are efficient in offering banking products without being pushy. US bank offers loans for land purchase and construction. I don't know of any other banks that do!

While I was checking out inside safeway today, my two-year old son wandered over by the US Bank branch inside the store and started playing with the bulletproof glass transaction box when Brittany Lopez sneered at my wife in a derisive tone that "That's very expensive and if he breaks it YOU will have to pay for it." He's played with this same box in the past and other employees thought he was adorable. I don't know what kind of monster would sneer at a woman and child, and I don't want to know. However, I would hope that US Bank might choose not to employ such people in the future.

one of the ladies who work there, her name is Britney Lopez, is just great. this was my first encounter with US Bank representative, and seriously it was very positive. thank you US Bank for making such people as your exemplary. Britney, a special thanks for you.

This bank has amazing customer service I worked with Britney Lopez very dedicated staff. I am very impressed by her vision, hard work, outstanding performance, and wonferful manners.We need more customer service like her!!

EDITH MARQUEZ is the assistant manager at this location and she was EXTREMELY RUDE! When I asked EDITH MARQUEZ to speak to a manager she would speak over me and she would interrupt me mid sentance. She was not understanding of the situation considering it was a mistake on their end and she did absolutely NOTHING to help me solve my issue. I had to go to a different branch to get the help I needed. I am new to US bank and with the customer service I received from her, (THE ASSISTANT MANAGER) I'm highly considering taking my business elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed with their notary/teller, Keara Whalen. I've been doing business with U.S. Bank for a few years now, across the 48 continental United States, with multiple accounts, AND I bring my business associates to U.S. Bank. I only required a notary. Ms Whalen had a different way of doing things and was clearly uncomfortable answering my simple notary questions; got 'sensitive', then told me to take my business elsewhere. Seriously?!?! Maybe she's the wrong person to be working with people. Too sensitive!

This US bank located at 83rd Ave and Cactus offers the worst service I’ve encountered. I’m a retired Alaska State trooper. I went there to cash part of my retirement since the check was written on a US Bank account. They stated they wouldn’t cash the check since it was big. They refused to reissue smaller checks. They stated if I had a pre existing account they’d be able to write a certified check to me but since I wasn’t an existing customer they would not do this. I asked for a manager. A guy walked up and said he was the manager and had heard my conversation with the clerk. He said they would not help me. He handed me my ID and the check and said goodby. They were extremely rude. They showed no sign of attempting to be helpful and treated me like I was a waste of their time. I attached a photo of the man who stated he was a manager.

Horrible service. The wait was over half hour because there’s not enough tellers snd I assume it was the manager that didn’t want to come out of his room to help !!! Typical of this branch

Worst branch ever. Took cash to deposit and the teller told me I had to count the cash myself in front of her in order to deposit it. Not to mention I waited in like 20 mins to be told that AFTER she counted the money herself.
