The staff there was very helpful. We got scammed and had to close our accounts, transfer money out of them, and establish new accounts. Time consuming but went smoothly. Ms. Anna Garcia was a tremendous help. She was patient, and took time to make sure we understood the process. I highly recommend the branch, and, in particular, Ms. Garcia.

I very highly recommend this specific U.S. bank branch, if you go in to open an account ask for Brendan Bigelow! 100% love this place great people great atmosphere. I went in today stressed beyond belief, I needed a cashiers check to pay the rest of my rent and went here they couldn’t do it because I have chime but then Brendan Bigelow had talked to me about what we could do he talked me through the process of opening an account and then just taking money out of my chime through their atm and then we could do a cashiers check we did that while we opened an account our conversation was great and he was so helpful and boy I’m I more then happy Brendan Bigelow was there to help assist through it all and got me on my way with my cashiers check. A huge thanks to Brendan Bigelow!

Had a bad experience at another branch nearby & left to head to this location. Huge difference in service & atmosphere! Brenden Maranan assisted me. He was very polite & helpful! He also followed up with me to make sure I was updated when he didn’t have to. Amazing service!

Second and I hope the last follow up: Well, after one month and a lot of time spent to get this corrected, US Bank offered me a special IRA CD that was acceptable. Still took some time to get it right on their website/porthole, but it did get done! Special thanks to Ralph V. at this US Bank location. Without his efforts and Ralph's involvement with Upper Management in MN, I was prepared to pull the IRA Account and moved to another bank. So I am revising my rating for this US Bank location. Thank you again Ralph.
