Second and I hope the last follow up: Well, after one month and a lot of time spent to get this corrected, US Bank offered me a special IRA CD that was acceptable. Still took some time to get it right on their website/porthole, but it did get done! Special thanks to Ralph V. at this US Bank location. Without his efforts and Ralph's involvement with Upper Management in MN, I was prepared to pull the IRA Account and moved to another bank. So I am revising my rating for this US Bank location. Thank you again Ralph.

I am a college student who recently got my first secured credit card here a month or so ago. I was helped by Brendan, who was so kind and informative about the credit card process since I don't know much about credit. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions (even the stupid ones) and made me feel very appreciated! If you're looking to open up a new credit card or a new account make sure to ask for Brendan, he will get everything settled for you in a short amount of time!

Long story short, I withdrew $500 from a ATM. That was non US Bank. The ATM never dispense my money. And I was forced to wait 10 business days to get my money back. I waited to 10 business days and somebody had filed my claim incorrectly. Therefore. They were going to make me wait another 10 days to get my money back. I went into the local usbank near my house and spoke to Leslie Rojas the branch manager. I expressed my urgency with her on how badly I needed the money. And what this experience had done to me financially to not just myself or my family as well. . She took the effort to take the time that nobody else wanted to. And help me out. She called all the right numbers. And all the right people to get me the help that I deserved. . It was not even minutes later. That she was able to do something. Nobody was able to for the last two weeks. I was going to close my account at u.s. Bank for the experience that I had in the lack of customer service, her professionalism and customer service got the job done for me. . Thank you so much for helping me and my family when we needed it the most.

I have been a customer for decades... And this location is practically useless. Poor hours.. Closed at lunch. Limited services. Use the one at 83rd and deer Valley in fry's most of the time... So glad this one isn't the only one around!

Incredibly rude people, horrible customer service. No one knows what’s going on or how to do their job. If you call the bank you’ll probably go to voicemail that they ignore. They close the whole office for an hour for lunch. They take hours to call back, even though you’re a business with an urgent matter. Manager hung up on me today. They are holding up our money for their own mistake. Froze our entire account over nothing. Stay away from this bank. I would not trust them with your money. Takes a week or so for a check to deposit. Never had this problem at Chase. Biggest mistake ever, giving US Bank a try.

Biggest mistake ever switching to this bank. We own a small business. We deposited a $12,000 check from a customer. A few days later we are unable to use our debit card. We call up, are transferred 6 times, and still no one knows what’s going on or has any answers. They told us to talk to our branch manager. The branch manager didn’t return our calls, would tell us she would call right back, but called back hours later. She then tells us the $12000 check bounced and our whole account is frozen because they think we are committing fraud. We contacted our customer, who contacted her bank, and they said check is good. After two days of dealing with a frozen checking account we finally get an answer (after calling many times and waiting hours for a return call) the check looks different than a normal check cause it’s a loan check. Are you kidding me??? Has this bank never seen a loan check before? And how does it make any sense to freeze our entire account over this check? We have a lot more money in there. Our money. Which we don’t have access to, over their d*** mistake. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. We are a small business. We have payroll to process, vendors to pay. She told us that our money will be available next Thursday the 12th. This is insane to hold our own money for this long. As soon as this check clears we are switching back to Chase bank. In the past 15 years of business we have never experienced anything like this. We’ve taken loan checks before. Never had a problem. This bank is a joke. The manager is rude and has horrible customer service skills. She hung up on us today. This is their fault. A customers check that “looked funny” has nothing to do with the rest of our money. We are a small business, it’s Christmas time, we have three kids, we have bills to pay and they have a lot of our money tied up. They act like “oops, no big deal” when it’s a huge deal and it is effecting our business and our family life. This has been a week from hell because of this bank. Stay away!!!! And by all means if you have a business don’t bank here.
