Very, very upset with whoever postman / mail carrier assigned in our area, 87th Avenue and Greenbrian.. this is not the first time he/she screwed out our mail. I was subscribed in informed delivery, reason how I know all the mails coming to us. We’re supposed to receive yesterday my son’s driver license, but as usual, important mails are the ones that’s getting lost from us.. like my husband paystub that his company used to mail before, like our Global Entry card, check from the insurance company.. I have enough of this post office! So upsetting!

Just had a fantastic experience at this location. There were 10 people in line but it moved quickly. The 2 workers were pleasant and the guy who helped me cracked a joke when I walked up. Very pleasant experience.

I sent an order to a customer in Peoria. It was a small rigid mailer weighing less than .2 oz, marked non machinable. The metered cost for this 1.43$. Peoria charged the customer another $4.42 to accept the package, bringing the total shipping cost to $5.58. I send out THOUSANDS of these and there is no destination in the USA or Puerto Rico where they cost $5.58. I could have shipped the entire order to the customer for $4.51 if I had wanted tracking. Someone at Peoria is stealing and likely pocketing the $$$.

I have an online reselling & have used all usps around the valley. This location is always an issue. If you want a headache, go deal with these postal service workers. Most locations are friendly and easy to work with, not these ppl & it's not just 1 or 2, they all seem to have a chip on their shoulder & act like they own the post office. I will never go there again!

Can't review it 2 times but once again they have said my package was delivered but i got someone else mail only 6 months later.. I don't know what is going on at this place but hope they get all new employees soon
They have been delivering my mail for years, to the address, and now they said I don't live there and won't deliver my packages or mail. Try to fix it online more then a hand full of times and it says it can't. I try to call and you can't even talk to anyone and the call system will hang up on you if you don't inter the Info fast enough for it. Now I'll have to take a day off of work to go in I guess.

Very helpful! It was very busy on a Saturday and none of the employees were stressed or ill tempered. It was a big line, but they got us out quick. Thank you for a great experience.
