This store is 5 minutes from my home, I go frequently but today was the last day I will ever step foot in that store or purchase gas from
Any Valero. I went into purchase my normal
Ice and drinks. When the lady tells me I need to pay for the ice, I’m like but I want to get my drinks out of the cooler in the back of the store. She was yelling hey hey, I wasn’t even anywhere need the exit door, She wanted me to pay the $.85 cents to refill my Stanley with ice but didn’t want to allow me to finish my purchase. I felt so uncomfortable I made the 2 separate transactions, I will not return. I was a regular I can’t believe the audacity and rudeness of people.
When I told her I will never return she that’s fine. I have had people refill their cup with ice and not pay the .85cents. It’s probably because you don’t let them finish shopping. It’s just Ice no one wants to go in a store and be harassed.

Was my new go to gas station, until now. Their pump wasn't working, I go inside, the associate "fixed" it. By the way, no greeting or anything when I came in, I had to say hello first, anyway, tried the pump, and yet again, not working. At this point with this weather and going back and forth I had to head home due to my multiple Sclerosis flaring up with the heat. I go in, waited for him to finish and I told him the pump sti...he cuts me off and said yeah because you left, I said, i didn't leave..and yet again cut up. He proceeds to tell me when I put the nozzle up it cancels the order but I walked away and didn't listen to me. I told him you didn't say anything to me, at least where I can hear you other customers were in line and I went our side, he then gets loud again and said you left. For a location that prides themselves on veterans and disabled people, you doubly disrespected me. You need way more patience and you need to learn how to talk to someone.

I have gone here for 7 to 8 years. Ever since the new management took over the customer service is complete trash. I spent 20-50 everyday and I will now never come back

If you could give a place negative stars this is the one. White old lady rude as hell. Had an attitude. Wanted me to pay for the first transaction before she put the gas. I also work at a gas station that's not true. Y'all would be 5 rated because the stores clean (y'all have no deals on anything) but with that cashier definitely never coming back.

It’s clean, but when I tried going inside for a drink and snack it was closed.. this was at 8:30pm. Seems super early to be closed and they don’t show their hours for the “convenient” store

Qt has to be the only gas station making money seem everybody wants to charge you a dollar for cash back while making a purchase. Before the pandemic circle would charge a penny and Valero only made you make a purchase now everybody broke
