Poor customer service I sat there for 30 min while three emp stood behind the counter watching 1 person work. I just went on Amazon and made the purchase.

Absolutely terrible service. I went in to upgrade my and my girlfriend's phones today and had a couple people in front of us being helped. When everyone was done being assisted and gone, the floor attendants also vanished only to reappear when 5 other people at varying intervals walked in.One assistant helped 2 ladies, and when another assistant wrapped up with a customer, she walked clear last us to "help" with the 2 that were already being assisted! Make it make sense.

Went to add a line on a plan they didn't offer any promotion for new phones. I brought in a phone of my own that is 3yrs old.

Slow service only 1 person working the floor and don't bother to call customer service you can't understand anyone that answers the phone and they give you bad information verizon sucks

Slow, get ready for a 2 hour wait if you need anything only to be told something they could have said in 30 seconds. Verizon used to be a premium brand. Frankly, there is little difference between them and your bargain brand. If changing wasn't a pain, I would. I looked up their CR reviews, and they are 16 out of 17 providers. Switching all of our business lines to Credo as soon as I have time.

How do you leave zero stars? I can not believe how the Manager of this store treats customers. Not only is there a 2 hour wait, they are quick to tell you to call customer service, but in reality you have deal with the store. I know because I sat on the floor waiting for my turn and heard every conversation with people who couldn't believe what they were being told. If you make a purchase from this store they have the right to deny returns or exceptions. I am guessing its easier for them to deny you than to help you. I would not recommend trying to go to this store, they will not help you even if you call into customer service and are sent to the store. If I were to treat customers like the people in this store do, I would be looking for a new job because my company would fire me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - BUY ONLINE -

They are amazing. Hooked me upWith a phone and service. Didn’t tell me the fine print of a buy one get one free deal. Now, I am stuck with a bill $40 more a month for the next 2 years. ?

Well on a quest for a new Version store, and I think that I may have found it, Devon. Was exceptional. He listen before he responded. It was able to do what I needed to be done after going to two stores today. Thanks again for your great customer service you have gained a new customer
