Verizon is the worst for customer service. I've gone to multiple store and they all tell me I have to call customer service and I wait for hours only to be disconnected and have to start over. I cancelled service after only 4 months, got charged 4 times to reconnect service when they disconnected me for non-payment the same day I paid them, then again the following day. I tried to remove my pre-authorized payment but wasn't allowed by their system. They refuse to issue a credit or refund the balance charged to my card.

Thank You Adam! I wish he had been the first person to help us. We have wasted hours on phone calls and appointments (at other Verizon locations) and no one could do what we needed. Adam is professional and knowledgeable. He explained each step as we went through and he did exactly what we needed! This store is not the closest to my house, but I will be returning here from now on, it’s worth it.

Absolutely horrible. My phone has been broken for almost 4 weeks now. I stopped at 4 Verizon stores while in Arizona. We are from Indiana. Right before I left the phone wouldn't work when I wasn't on wifi. My GPS stopped working multiple times while I was diving and I got lost. Every time I stopped there was a different excuse. One time I paid the bill while I was there. The next day I went back to a new store. The store where I paid the bill reset my network and said I would be all fixed. Not at all. Stopped working on the way home. Called tech support. Supposed to have a new phone waiting and it wasn't. Then he said I still owed .50$ from the payment. AND THERE WAS A $1.00 PROCESSING FEE TO PAY THE .50$ THE GUY THE DAY BEFORE SOMEHOW NEGLECTED. SO HORRIBLE. left Verizon for about a year and a half 3 years ago then came back after being with TMobile. Been a customer since 2001. Just got back to Indiana and will be switching all 8 of my lines back to TMobile and will never be going back to Verison after leaving me stranded multiple times in AZ with no service at all. Phone just kept saying no network. Sim card not registered.

Adam helped us with a very complicated process of changing one phone over from an existing family plan to a new family plan. He had excellent customer service and was very patient between parties. He definitely knew what he was talking about and we would not have been able to accomplish what we needed without him.

After the experiences I've had at AT&T, I was excited to switch providers but also weary about it. Bridgitte gave me the best experience I've ever had in a wireless store from start to finish. Even went to bat for me with the AT&T manager. She was patient, kind, and super helpful through the whole thing. I highly recommend going to Bridgitte for all your Verizon needs. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I had an appointment. I showed Bridgette the problem and she immediately knew the phone had a virus. I had spent time on the phone the day before with tech support and they couldn't analyze the problem with me describing it. I'm so glad I went to the store.

Greg was very helpful and friendly. We spent a few hours together upgrading to two new phones and changing our plans. He as very pleasant. Jessica was also working and was very helpful as well.

Jessica was a life saver. Got my uncle a new phone and everything transferred over super quickly. She had a ton of people come in and was able to get everyone handled. Such an awesome person to deal with!
