They do a good job maintaining plants and yards. The company has the expertise for design, installation, and maintenance, and they take on both large and relatively small projects. Their attention to detail sets them apart, and their efficient office staff keeps projects running on time and on budget. Many customers are pleased and trust them, noting the company goes above and beyond to reclaim the beauty of landscaping. Customer service responds in a timely manner and was the only company to answer the phone for one client. However, some note that overall prices are a little steep. Communication about plant health could be better, as one client came home to dead plants without notification. There was also an isolated incident where a client reported poor professionalism from a crew, but the company resolved this directly, verifying it was not their actual employee and demonstrating their commitment to customer service.

We could not find a landscaping company interested in doing a relatively small project at our townhome until we contacted Victors. We wanted to replace the plants and construct a small patio in the front yard. Victors took on our project and accomplished everything in two days. We couldn't be more pleased.
