Just needed to acknowledge Cameryn specifically, hope I spelled her name correctly. She was very intentional in helping me mitigate nightmare rx issues created by cvs 24 hr 59th location. She communicated with both my dr and a pharmacist at a different cvs to help me through a very miserable situation I could not fix without significant assistance.Made me wish my insurance was contracted with Walgreens. But was told pharmacist at new location good, so here's hoping for smoother sailing going forward.

I really enjoy working here. I adore the pharmacy staff and environment too! It can get busy but I truly feel that we try our best and prioritize the customers best interest.

I don't usually write bad reviews because I think people are allowed to have bad days once in a while and not have it written about for everyone to see. HOWEVER this pharmacy seems to always have bad day! Holy cow was the younger dark headed pharmacists rude. (not the tech). I have been to this Walgreens pharmacy many times and it is always a terrible experience. I started going to the Walgreens on Union and 91st Ave which is a lot farther from my home, but it's worth it. I just keep trying to give this Walgreens pharmacy a chance so I don't have to drive so far but unless something changes I guess I'll not go back here. and what is really frustrating is I don't think this young pharmacist cares. I know her name and it's really hard to not put her on blast right now but if she is ever this rude again I will gladly let everyone know who she is. I don't know if it's allowed but I feel like it's justified. next stop... pharmacy receipt survey!

Walgreens gets into family care with the acquisition of village medical. Then they screw it up. Get an appointment from someone who isn't very smart on the phone, show up and wait in an empty office for an hour and a half and still counting. Absolute garbage service.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. They are not only incompetent and lazy, but rude as well. 100 percent of the time. I wish I could chalk it up to being understaffed due to Covid, but I work in healthcare. I AM a healthcare provider in a hospital. Buffoons could do a better job than these people. I never get my prescription without requesting it a MINIMUM of two times. They are never apologetic for their incompetence or their laziness. I have tolerated this garbage long enough and will be switching to another pharmacy STAT. I tolerated it this long because I appreciated the convenience of drive-thru, but no more. These people should be embarrassed.

Best service I've ever had at Walgreens JR is amazing & very helpful in the Photo department. He truly was a big help. Very friendly & professional at the same time.

Wow that pharmacy sucks the lady I talked to was very rude and made me feel very embarrassed and uncomfortable that is not okay to do do a customer I hope she doesn't do that to someone in the future

I used to come here for prescriptions but that became such a hassle that I moved my scripts to a different store. But the reason for my review is the FedEx ship center. If you're not aware, FedEx will redirect packages to Walgreens that will in turn get held for 5 days so you don't have to wait at home. Sounds perfect! The email I got from FedEx gave very clear instructions to be ready to quote the tracking number and show a picture ID. I arrive with tracking number and ID in hand. I gave the man my name and he went into the closet and handed me my package. He scanned it with a handheld device then I watched as he scrolled right on past the screen telling him to check ID. Next he signed the device and told me I was good to go. I asked him "no ID check?" and he replied "yeah, I probably should but...". My reply was "Yeah you should" as I walked out the door with a $600 package. I could have been anyone and he wouldn't have known. And I sure hope he didn't sign my name on his device. My next email is to FedEx to tell them how insecure their operation is at Walgreens.

Will not be coming back to this Walgreens if they have the elderly man running the register. I came in on seniors day to get my 20% off and I had gotten all of five items and it took him over ten minutes to ring me up. there was a line behind me and another employee had gotten on the other register and in the ten minutes that he rung me up the the young girl had rung up the entire line of six or seven people behind me. they need new people on the register who know what they're doing. Will not shop there if the old man is ringing on the register.

This is possibly the worst pharmacy around. I am a physician who was having my medications filled at this pharmacy with occasional difficulty coordinating the doctor and pharmacy. I assumed it was probably the doctors office. After today i am not so sure. I went to get a flu shot and at the time there was no one else there. It started getting busy. I sat there for an hour being ignored until some one came in with a blood pressure issue and wanted her machine checked. When they moved her into a room to check while i was being still ignored. That was the last straw. Seek another pharmacy as this one is sub par. It doesn't even deserve one star.
