They told me insurance didn’t cover a prescription and when I went to a different pharmacy (the same day), I had no problems with my insurance covering my medication.

The workers are super nice, but the prices are becoming insane. There's one worker that literally smells like alcohol Everytime my girl and I are in there and has a nasty attitude towards my girl, the other night my lady just got off work and it was 5 minutes to close and had to pull out our rent money and she was sick and worked a 12 hr shift and literally just had to use the ATM and this lady that's always rude literally is telling her you got 1 minute! When there was 8 ppl checking out! And she was only trying to find her ATM card to pull money out at the ATM. And she told her I will only be a minute y'all close in like 5 minutes..... And she continued to tell her you got 1 minute! So thankfully she found her card right away and got the cash and left. But that was uncalled for. My girl is a sweetheart and sweet to everyone and definitely didn't deserve that at all!

The store itself is fine, but the pharmacy is a mess. I have been trying to fill my diabetic sensors since 4/11. First it was an insurance issue and inventory issue, Fine. Spoke with the pharmacist who updated it and told me it would be ready in a day or two. Check my app a couple days later and there's no prescription being refilled. Called again and was told another insurance issue, but she saw the new insurance and apologized, and told me it would be filled in a day or two because of inventory issues.
They get it in stock and call me the next day. I can't come immediately because it was sent to my old pharmacy. Was told it would be held till the 29th. Only to find out today, again it is no longer being filled. Was told by a tech it might have been given to someone else. Then spoke with the pharmacist who initially wanted to say it was my fault I didn't pick it up same day. Then told by the pharmacist that she has NO idea what happened eith my other script.
Imagine them losing controlled substances and it being brushed off like this.
Very disappointed in the care I've recieved and will be moving all my prescriptions. This location worked because it was close to my mom. But after being told they openly list a prescription, I feel they can not be trusted

I've come to find that Walgreens offers some very good sales prices on many household necessities.
Also a great pharmacy and photo place.

Do not get your prescriptions filled here. Called to check on a medication and I was on hold for 10 mins before I hung up. They never once answered the phone. This is bad customer service! I’d hate to see how they actually treat their face to face customers.

I have found this Walgreens to be a comfortable way to shop. Employees are generally good. Some even more so.Theresa at Rx and drive up is exceptional. Hope others learn from her.People can blame cuz things don't go their way. But there are rules ...we don't like em at times. But don't take it personal! Chill out.

They were great and helpful, lady trusted me when she didn't have to and it helped my little girl a lot she had a ear infection thanks to the lady I wish I knew her name at on-line pick up thank you so much
