Time of visit was 6:30 pm. Thursday 1017/24 . Cashier was rude. I see why this location has a low rating . Not friendly like cashiers at other Walgreen locations..

Called and asked if they were able to apply a coupon to my prescription and the lady on the phone said yes they could. Then I asked if it was ready to be picked up and she confirmed to come in it was ready. When I get there the next day the employees said it was not ready, they didn't have the coupon, and that they would need to order it and it wouldn't be ready for the next few days. No concern, no follow up on who lied, no one should be answering medication questions if they have NO idea what they are talking about. Do not use this pharmacy they are unprofessional and have no idea who is answering thier phones and making things up

I love this pharmacy they've taking care of me for many a Year's and when my doctors don't call in one of my medications they make sure to get on it and then get it for me they've been very helpful in my health well-being. I see some of these reviews being so negative I'm facing a heart and lung transplant and please reconsider these people are great

I called to speak with pharmacist 10 min before their lunch break and sat on hold. Then the phone was answered but without a greeting or anything heard rustling noice then line disconnected. I tried calling back and automated system said they were now closed for a meal break

This was my first time ever coming to this particular Walgreens by my home so I walked in normally at Walgreens the cashier always welcome you in I guess I was the wrong color because a older Caucasian woman name Jeanine I believe that's what her name bandage display spoke to everyone that looked like her coming thru the door but me I even listened to make sure this was what was happening so as I was in line Jeanine was even rude and nasty to an older Hispanic woman and kept asking the lady her name then Jeanine looks at another Caucasian lady standing between me and the Hispanic lady and start shaking her head as the Hispanic lady was paying for her items its really sad that its people like jeanine working with customers knowing she only give certain people her so called good service we need to get rid of these one track minded people like her because its not right you should treat everyone the same

The pharmacy staff here are the laziest. Cancel prescriptions because they don’t want to do their jobs. Have also received someone else’s prescription which is a violation of HIPPA, and could have given me health problems, and/or death due to their incompetence.They have no customer service skills, and at every chance belittle you. Go anywhere but here. You’ve been warned.

I've been coming here for 13years and the staff here are always SUPER helpful and kind but today I want to talk about Theresa. The tech at the pharmacy has really gone above and beyond today. We have been batting with our Drs office for a week to properly submit the Rx to our insurance literally nothing to do with the pharmacy but Theresa helped us sort it out and even when we finally got the Rx through it was out of stock but Theresa made sure to send it to another Walgreens and had it ready for us within an hour. After dealing for a week with the Drs office not doing their part it was such a relief to have someone so efficient and helpful. Thank you Theresa!

Staff is super rude maybe even borderline racist.First time I came here an elderly YT lady checked a $5 bill of mine in a machine…. Guess I looked like a thief who makes fake fives hahahahAnd then today the cashier with the tattoo that says “Loyalty” on her cheek was chatting with another rude male employee and they were both so bothered that I interrupted their cash register conversation to ask to be helped… if you can visit another Walgreens or even CVS I recommend you go there! This staff and their management do not care about anything lol

Literally stood in line for 15 minutes with one item and there was one person ahead of me. Instead of telling someone hey, let me handle the customer who’s been waiting instead of helping customers clip coupons AT THE REGISTER.

I didn’t catch her name, but the African-American lady that has the long hair was extremely kind and professional. You never know when you’re going to get someone that treats you kindly and she was absolutely amazing. This will definitely be my go to Walgreens going forward
