Signed up for a covid test and it showed 69.99 with no indication of anything further. I was then advised upon sitting down covid tests were 140 and flu test was 120 PLUS the cost of the visit. Gouging the public during a flu/covid surge?! Bum ass company, you don't give a damn about anything outside the dollar sign. Your app is misleading and trash. What a joke

Highest turnover rate I’ve seen out of a pharmacy. Maybe they are crappy towards their employer maybe some leave because they don’t believe in the horrible way they treat the customers. Regardless of the reason, this pharmacy cannot seem to get it together. The store manager Cory only listens to your complaints but doesn’t make sure that the pharmacy is running smoothly on a consistent basis. I get the feeling he’s just there to collect a paycheck but not really concerned with the quality of service his store puts out. With so many pharmacies within a 5 mile radius, and with lower costs for scripts, one would think they would deliver superb customer service to KEEP their customers.
Plan on long waits and long lines. Where getting the customer in and out of there is not a priority.
If you call the pharmacy plan on someone picking up without saying anything and being placed on hold numerous times. Apparently answering the phone with “Walgreens Pharmacy please hold” is unheard of. And this may go on for a while.
The newest pharmacist, the man from India I believe is hit or miss with his customer service. He is fully aware that the phones are being answered by picking up and placing the customer on hold without speaking and seems to think this is fine if they are as he said “busy”. Interestingly enough, he was very customer friendly when he was first hired. He seemed to believe in quality customer service and restoring that at the store but maybe 2/3 months in, his habits were just as bad as the techs there. I guess he said what he needed to to get the position and that was that!
For the life of me I can’t understand why bother to get into customer service or anything that deals with the public if you aren’t a customer friendly individual? Is it just for the sake of having a job? And it is really sad because customer service, friendliness and the desire to give deliver quality has gone down downhill and voicing your concerns here at this store falls on deaf ears. So why bother? Go elsewhere as we have done

Absolutely worst pharmacy. Mistake after mistake with no accountability. Sad, as they used to be great.
Definitely finding a new provider.

I have had issues for years but it's finally gotten out of hand. They cancelled a controlled substance prescription 4 times causing it to be over a month late and withdrawals. When I tried to transfer the prescription away, they told the new pharmacy there were no refills even though it was a brand new prescription and the website shows 4 refills. Terrible service, high turnover, absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Three location convenience isn't worth it and I will never, EVER return

photo order has been ready for over 4 days and the manager tried to tell me it wasn't there. he looked it up in the computer and said i didn't order anything since November. despite me showing him the order was ready. after arguing he actually looked in other bins. i also ordered a custom magnet and an employee left it on a shelf. i never got a call that my ship to store was ready. the manner manager tried telling me that wasn't there either. barely helped me without me begging him to look but he was more than happy to help search shelves for a pretty blonde. very racist.

I had a wonderful experience today when I went in to get my prescriptions. I dealt with the nicest lady her name is Kari she had a wonderful energy and I liked her vibe. Thank u for being a great pharmacy tech.

Tim from the pharmacy was so super helpful and friendly. I can't thank him enough for helping me with my medicine. Thank you again,I've been having a real tough time lately and you went out of your way to help me figure out my out of stock medication issue. My medication is very important and I'm so grateful for your help that day.

I would rate this Walgreens a “.5” star or less, but the rating system didn't let me. I went in this place around 8:50pm and need to use their restroom because it was needed reall bad because of a medical condition currently. But (two white ladies) they said "No" and turned me away. I was very polite and never shows dislike. The excuse was that they had just clean it. I've been a Walgreens member for years and always buy expensive medicine there all the time, plus other general items. And just because of this I am going to cancel the membership and never go to any Walgreens ever again I hope this gets to the owners of the Walgreens on 75th & Thunderbird.
