DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!! They are rude, slow and have no idea what they are doing. You will sit in the drive thru for an hour. The lady at the drive-through is incompetent. If you try to call, they will put you on hold literally pick up the phone and hang it back down on you just put you back on hold.

Never had an issue until there was an issue with getting a medication. I cant use a generic and asked for it to be ordered. I was told it was ordered and 3 days later it was ready. I went to pick it up and it was the generic in which I stated I could not take. The pharmacist then told me he would have to order it again but didn't. When I called back he then told me its on back order and couldn't order. I called Walmart and they had it ready that same day. Ever since then its been a nightmare. The hold times are longer than 30 minutes before I even get a warm body on the line. They seem like I'm wasting their time trying to get my medications. It may be time to move all my meds to another pharmacy. Its becoming a bit much when customer service lacks in a customer service position. No one wants to be treated bad when they already feel bad.

If you're minimally serious about your prints, go elsewhere. They're not even in the ballpark. I can't speak to their projects like calendars or large print jobs. But, standard 4x6s, forget about it.

I recently used Walgreen’s for photo developing. The 11x14 photos were rolled in a plastic bag and remain warped. Photos should have been distributed flat, in an envelope or cardboard.

The pharmacy and staff are so unreliable and incredibly disrespectful and dishonest. I dropped off a prescription yesterday and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and called another in this morning. Both were supposed to be ready by 1230. I rushed over from cave creek to pick them up and was told by a rude Middle Aged lady with glasses that the one from yesterday was not filled and the other was out of prescriptions. I don’t understand the general incompetence. I asked to speak to the pharmacist who rudely said he could not do anything and they had a line to move my car. The older lady with frizzy hair came back and told me to wait in the other lane and handed me back my card. She said 15 more minutes. Totally incompetent and rude. She told me to move my car and if I had issues to contact corporate. The medications were for my senior dog. Who was forced to wait in the car in the Arizona heat with me. Terrible service, just awful.

Why can't you lock up the medicines that I need like primatene mist or Sudafed or something instead of having it behind the pharmacy when they're closed you guys are the closest Walgreens that is open till midnight everything else closes at 10:00 and my kid is having trouble breathing and I can't get him his medicine because you guys lock it up or in the pharmacy

EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE & THERE MANAGERS ARE EVEN MORE DISRESPECTFUL I WON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ANY WALGREENS ANYWHERE BECAUSE OF PAST EXPERIENCE....I WOULD MUCH RATHER GO TO WALMART!!!! THERE WAY BETTER
