I came in because my doctor said I needed electrolytes and I really didn't know which ones to get. However Jenzen who works there has EXCELLENT customer service! He showed me a variety of different electrolytes and help me select the ones that were good for me. After purchasing I opened one and drank some while I was there and it was great and I feel awesome. I also bought the packets that I can add to water. My daughter who's an RN even loves it and has gone and bought her some. Thank you Jenzen every time I come in that store I will be looking for you to help me. We need more people with your customer service!!!

We went in to create a collage photo for our sister‘s birthday. We were having problems and a store associate, Tiffany, came over, noticing our frustration, offered to help, and by the time we were through, we had a wonderful collage that we were able to send to our sister for her birthday. Tiffany’s help was wonderful and greatly appreciated.

I use this Walgreens a lot. I pick up my meds there and do a lot of shopping. Unfortunately lately it has been unpleasant as the lines are very long with one cashier. What happened to “I see 3?” The pharmacy is the same way. Very slow moving with 5 to 6 waiting and isn’t it a violation to announce the customers medication so that everyone in line can hear? We have to announce our name, our address then everyone in line also hears what meds you are there to pick up. And sometimes we even get to hear the consultations, It has to be embarrassing for people to hear that your meds are going to cause diarrhea or the lady has a yeast infection. You definitely need a different system. I am confident that you are in violation of HIPPA! The drive through is the worst as people inside hear IT ALL! Do better Walgreens!

I went into this Walgreens and had the best experience from staff helping me find the items I needed to the checkout person. I normally go to CVS and this Walgreens had so much better customer service. I am thinking about switching my prescriptions.

Thank you Kelly for helping getting the canvas done for a special occasion. If it wasn't for you, your employee would have not finished what she communicated would of been done. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this store for photos again. The staff made me feel as an inconvenience and a customer they did not want to deal with. I ordered canvas, was told that it would be done by 5:40. Showed up, they had half the order done. I was told if I submit the order again right than it would be made in 15-20 minutes. I came back 2 hours later. When I arrived, I was told it would be done the next day. After asking for a manager-Kelly arrived. She looked over at her staff who showed no interest wanting to help. Kelly took it upon herself and started doing it. Towards the end, I apologized to Kelly. Her employee than came over and called me a liar. The store needs staff who want to be in customer service and staff who will respect their managers. Very sad.

HIPPA Violation / Inconsistent medicationLast month I received someone else’s medication instead of my own when I picked up my prescriptions. It had all of their information on it and I brought it back kindly trying to be understanding that mistakes happen. This month they received my medication to be filled 10 days ago. They just now placed an order for my medication specifically because I called asking when it will be available. I am now out of Medication and have to wait on them. A person can only be so understanding until it becomes a problem, laziness and poor work ethic seems to be the issue at this point. It’s quite disappointing to feel you have to stress every month if you’re going to get the correct prescription or get your prescription on time.

They consistently have you wait for your prescriptions. I dropped mine off @ 1pm. They were supposed to have them ready, before close. (7pm) They did not. It's very disheartening. All other Walgreens can have them filled in 20 minutes.

The pharmacist at this location wrote the Rx dosage completely backwards for my 82-year-old mother. Fortunately, it was a Z-Pack, so not a fatal error; also, fortunately, I knew that the dosage was supposed to be 2 capsules on the first day and 1 capsule for the next four days. (The pharmacist had written: "Take 1 tablet by mouth on day one, 2 tablets on days two to five." If taken as directed, one would have needed 9 pills, not 6.) What if the error had been more serious? This particular Walgreens get hundreds of elderly patients in that area who won't question the pharmacy, or can't discern if the instructions happen to be incorrect. I've been going to the nearby Walmart for years now because this Walgreens location also compromised Synthroid by allowing it to sit in the Arizona heat too long. That was a serious error as those with total thyroidectomies are reliant on the drug. The truth is I felt compelled to go to Walgreens today because I'd been exposed to my mother's illness and this location had a drive-up window. I really didn't think they could mess up a pre-packaged Z-Pack. Bottom line: Walgreens pharmacies are understaffed and their pharmacists are overworked, leading to errors like this.
