By far the rudest Walgreens pharmacy location I have ever been to. The actual pharmacist is a Gem, I feel bad that she has to work with rude associates. Such poor service.

Got to the drive thru just a couple minutes before close to get my daughter’s prescription & forgot we changed insurance so had to give them all the new info. They were having trouble finding it & took about 10 minutes but Gina & Mary were so kind & patient with me & got it taken care of!

This is the 2nd time I have been to this pharmacy and again same old rude service. If you hate your job just say that. First time the young ladies working at night back in December 5th were rude when I pulled up just miserable ladies didn’t want to do their job. And then there was today around 5pm an older woman named Mary clearly didn’t know how to do her job let alone be respectful I got a recording of her being extremely rude to me. My son is 8 months and has broncholitis, my fellow moms know how dangerous this is just like RSV. My son was wheezing in the back seat and struggling to breathe the medicine I was there for was for his nebulizer. I proceeded to the window and was polite. She greeted me and asked me for his name which I gave then took 5 mins and asks me if he had another name? Smh. So I told her two more mins go by and she asked me what insurance he had. I gave the name of the insurance 5 more mins go by and she tells me that the cost of meds were 9$. That’s not what upset me it was what happened after I asked her why is it 9$ it shouldn’t be anything. She tells me “well you didn’t give me a insurance card number” while rolling her eyes and shrugging her shoulders. I said well you didn’t ask me that you asked me what insurance he had. So I give the number then two more mins go by and she tells me I have to pay the 9$ at this point I’m hearing my son struggling to take breath and I have anxiety after an hour drive to the pharmacy because his doctors is far from my new home. But also no mom wants to hear their child crying to take a breath. And waiting on someone who could careless that I’m in a rush to get home and treat my son. So she tells me it’s still 9$ and I said how my insurance covers that? She said what insurance do you have ? Again!? She asked me that again. She asks someone about it and comes back and says we don’t take mercy care. Like what! You couldn’t tell me that sooner! After wasting my time with questions and attitude. So then I drove off because at this point I need to check on my son make sure he’s still breathing. I circle back there were 3 cars ahead. So I wait I tell her I will just pay for it with tears in my eyes as this was an overwhelming experience I’ve never had a worker in any store make me this upset. So she tells me you’re gonna have to come back in 5 to ten mins because I put it away! I said 5 to ten mins. I shouldn’t even have done that but I did I waited for 5 cars. And when I finally get to window to pay she had an attitude didn’t say a word opened the little cubby for me to place my card she placed the medicine down with my card and didn’t even pick up the phone to say sorry or have a nice evening. Which I have on video. Walgreens you need to really evaluate who you hire because this lack of customer service or care is truly disheartening and you lost a customer. And I hope this is one of the locations that gets shut down. Mary you need to just quit working and stay your mean rude self at home with your cats. Maybe go to castles and do some self care the way you act you need it. Smh

The p.m pharmacist is so rude. She should not even work here in a small community. So unprofessional and rude

The younger girl that works in the pharmacy is rude and condescending. I deal with a chronic medical issues and I’m forced to deal with her monthly and it’s awful. She needs to be trained to be more professional. Every time I talk to her she makes me feel like trash. Not ok. Switching my medications to Fry’s.

The cost of medication was over 250% more or $38.00 than the same medication at Safeway. Rx was transferred due to out of stock status at Safeway. Three sick people, same rx, two very different prices.

This is the worst shopping experience in the area. Inventory is never correct. Don’t bother shopping online. They confirm your order, say it’s ready, then two minutes later, Out Of Stock! Drive thru for prescriptions is usually a headache. I have to get my medication here, but I shop online at Walmart now, they have not let me down once yet.

Wow, the reviews are low for this store, but i’ve had a great experience so far. I worked with Maria and she was fantastic with helping me fill a prescription. Maria’s communication and follow up was great. I had a discount from the manufacturer and she helped get that straight and in the system. She guided me when CVS, at Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant screwed me around, now they deserve every low rating and complaint they have online, the staff sucks there, enough rant, back to Maria, she reached out to my doctor about getting a new script and confirmed with my insurance. So far the best pharmacy experience i’ve had out in this area and i’m glad I made the switch to her location.

Nice store and pharmacy. It's what you'd expect in a Walgreens only better. Quick checkout too!

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Just drive the extra 15 minutes it will save u hours of aggravation and a headache.

Not only will you wait literally 30 minutes or more in the pick up line......only one car ahead.....they will tell you they can't sell you allergy meds at the drive through.....but they have been for 2 years. ..AND you have to come inside and wait in an even longer line.
1) if you change the rules put up a flipping sign. Some of us have jobs too
2) decide what you can and can't do as a company not as a person.
3) for heavens sake hire more people. This is ridiculious

The women running this pharmacy are incompetent and rude. They can't fill a prescription of insulin and actually call the patient when it's ready until DAYS after and then it's thrown away before you have a chance to get it. 16+ days my animal has been waiting to insulin, and instead of calling the number on file they dug through other records and called a completely different family member whose number was NEVER attached as a contact number to leave a short message that the prescription is ready then it's thrown away the very next morning. Thats invasive and unprofessional. The pharmacist walked out, not during a lunch break but in the middle of a work day and I was given a 'we'll fill it as fast as we can' when I've already waited over two weeks for my cat to get a dose of his needed insulin. This place should be shut down
