Extremely understaffed. Only one teller working with over 15 people in line. Teller was pleasant, however this is unacceptable staffing levels.

Stay away from this branch. Today there was a line of people going out the door and the manager sat on her butt and did nothing to help her employees help their customers. She has no idea what customer service is. I’m surprised the rating on this branch is as high as it is (2.2 stars). Apparently corporate Wells Fargo doesn’t care if they lose customers since they keep this manager. This is a follow up from the previous Friday above. After walking out on Friday due to the long line I returned on Monday at 10:15 AM. The bank opens at 10 AM. There were two people in line, waiting for a cashier to take care of them. Again the manager was sitting in her office, doing nothing while the cashier was helping someone with a safe deposit box instead of tending to the customers ar her counter. Since the manager would not get off her butt, there was no one to take care of customers at the counter until 10:20 AM. It is 20 minutes after the bank opened. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Had $10.00 fees on my accounts and I asked the manager to waive it for first time. She only credited me five dollars and after calling the customer service they were surprised what she did.

Zero stars for this branch. They NEVER have any appointments…why post-COVID appointments are still required is so stupid. They do not have a notary!!! What bank doesn’t have a notary?? Services are not available. After 20 years with Wells Fargo, I’m considering changing banks.

Walked into this branch to withdraw money. The teller looked at me strange when told her how much I needed. She then disappeared and came back with a serious, unfriendly supervisor (?) who didn't identify himself. He asked me for my phone number, and if there was anyone else on my account, while he & the teller looked at their computer with suspicion clearly on their faces. He asked to see my driver's lic., which I gave him & asked what I needed the money for... I said, "Is that a requirement for withdrawing my money?" He replied "No." and walked away. He never smiled once. I felt insulted. The teller also walked away without a word and I stood at the window for 3 or 4 minutes. The teller returned with a woman who stated she was the branch manager, but never offered her name. No smile. She condescending said, "We've had a lot of people taking out large amounts of money, and a lot of fraud. This is a VERY large amount; what do you need this money for?" I asked her, "Is that a requirement for withdrawal of my own money?" She replied with an actual sneer, "Yes." I told her I was buying clothes. She replied, "Oh, you're buying clothes with THAT much money!?" I WAS IN SHOCK. She then said, "Well, you have to understand that we can't protect you when you leave the building." WHAT!!!???I thought they protect your money while in their care... not their customers when they leave the premises. I have never experienced this degree of Brown Shirt behavior at any bank; why this woman has been allowed to treat people this way and is still employed by Wells Fargo up till now is beyond me. I'm closing my account with Wells Fargo this week.

Went to this branch for notary service. First time We went we were old they didn’t provide a witness. Second time the notary stopped the process when witness was asked if she knew what she was signing said “no.” An absolutely unnecessary question. She did know because I asked but was caught off guard. Witness only have to be there to witness the signing and does not have to know the contents or purpose. I challenged their decision only to get stonewalled. Manager was not helpful either. Notary should know his job. Customer service is none existent. Never saw a branch so empty. Now I know why.

If I could give zero stars I would, I have had many issues with them and this is my last draw. I know multiple people who have had issues with them. I got hacked in my bank account and got withdrawn -2000 and it had been 2 weeks and they still have excuses as to why I haven’t heard anything back. They are awful and will never get any new customers from me.

More than one year post COVID and lobby is still closed due to “safety”. This is the only Wells Fargo in the area still doing this and it is just ridiculous at this point.

Rushed to get into the Drive Thru lane at this branch across the street from my home. Pulled up to the window at 6:00. There were 3 people looking at me, staring me down. The shame of me wanting a service up until the point that they close, oh the travesty! Was told, "I've closed the lane sir, you have a good day." Seriously, you couldn't take 3 minutes to make the deposit? No wonder Wells Fargo's image is in the trashcan. Need to look at pulling all business from this bank and encouraging my family to do the same. Shame on the branch manager Brenda Revollar for not training her staff in the basic levels of customer service. If I ran my business like she does this branch, I'd be out of business.
