Mark was very professional and had our shipping container delivered and ready to go in less than 20 minutes! He explained some tips on packing and where to use cables to secure boxes; a very nice and professional driver!

Yadira was very thorough on calling before she left to confirm and give me an ETA. She worked with me on placing the container where I wanted it to go. I will recommend pack rat to all my friends. Great customer service and prices very competitive. Thank you and I hope the rest of the service is the same when we receive our unit in Ohio.
