I went into this Goodwill location to return a pair of pants that I bought the other day that did not fit, so I brought the original receipt and the tag with me and the lady (Manager) claimed that the pants were not on the receipt, however; there was a number very similar to the number that was on the tag and on the receipt. She would not scan the tag to see if the number matched on the receipt or a subsequent receipt and refused to take my return. I shop at Goodwill several times a week and spend thousands and thousands of dollars at locations across the city and I cannot understand why they could not give me a credit of $7.99 for a pair of pants that did not fit me. There could possibly be simply an error somewhere in their system. I can't manufacture the ticket, I can't manufacture the receipt, there was only one pair of pants on the receipt so do you think that the manager would then work with me and and do anything for me?Absolutely not, she would not take the pants back.....no way, no how.... no discussion. I'm very disappointed in the way that this Goodwill operates and assure you and as all of my followers know, I shop a considerable amount of time and largely at resale shops and would not try to rip them off for 7.99. So I say Goodwill be kind and spread some good will and take a chance and know that not all people are out to do bad business and some of us only want to do good business with you.

I don’t even know where to start lol I’m a huge goodwill shopper !! & will not let anyone mess up my vibe! I came in and a some customers where already waiting in the return line “reg 5”and have been waiting is what I was told by them. I waited 5 min too in the return lane then decided to take care of my transaction afterwards instead. I did my shopping and headed back and ask a cashier if someone could help me with my returns. I waited and asked twice until a girl named Kayla came. I asked for her name and asked what was going on with these waits. She stated she was on an important call reporting some COVID staff issues which were important to take care of and not the transaction that was going on at the moment. I understand! But what I don’t understand how a customer at a store isn’t as important as what’s going on in the back.She said she was the manager and was doing her job, told me I was rude!& didn’t need to deal with rude people like myself ?.she definitely got defensive when I told her my review would be on my experience. She gave me my receipts back with my purchases and said I could go somewhere else and do the review. honey it’s not being rude to ask ! And you don’t tell a customer that they’re less worthy..I am important too! I’m here to spend some money too and give you a job too! Remember we are also the REASON you’ve got a JOB and be BLESSED. What’s done is done and all we can do is move forward!!! Goodwill needs to step it up on the management because this girl is very unprofessional and need some proper training just saying??♀️. I had no issues with the rest of the staff they were polite .

Grand Mart Hair Store..Not for me. But the Ms's sure likes it.Lowe's, CVS & Wells Fargo are here too. CVS 2 star's for **book/magazine section is the Smallest I've ever seen in a CVS!!Lowe's *** no self checkout area. AlsoA first in any Lowe's as well...I hope this is not a case of two (2 ) huge corporations profiling the residents...Well's Fargo. As usual 5 star's *****

Store doesn't have a good selection of items for crafters. The few craft items are too much and the staff won't mark the price down if a bag is missing items.

This Goodwill is clean and the workers are friendly, one even brought me a basket upon recognizing my hands were getting full. They have NEW MATTRESSES and color tag sales throughout the week. I go to many Goodwill this one is my top 3 favorite.

Disappointed with the Manager and a cashier I dealt with today. I was at this location on Sunday had no issues with any staff. One of my bags was left a bag after purchase. I didn’t notice until Monday when I went through my stuff that I was missing some things. I called in Monday in early afternoon asking if by chance I had left a bag behind. The lady asked me to describe what the bag contained. I did and the lady confirmed it was there. She told me to go in and let any cashier know and it would be there in the back. I went in today and spoke with a cashier. She let me know the problem was that whom ever put the bag in the back should have dated it with the day it was left behind. She let me know that Monday morning she came in and cleaned out what ever had no date on it and placed it back on the shelves. She was tired of people not doing their job. I said okay well what does that have to do with me? She said no nothing against you you can go back and look for your items they are yours you paid for them. If they have been sold we can give you in store credit. I didn’t have time to go back and look I assumed it would be a quick stop to pick up my items left behind. She let me know that manager was there and she would let her know what happen. I did go back and quickly looked where I though it could be but really didn’t have time. The manager was up front when I walked up. She let me know it wasn’t her who I spoke with when I called. I never said it was her. I told her that the person who I spoke with never said hurry back because your items have no date on them so there is a possibility that they may be put back on the shelves today.I get it that some employees don’t care to do their job and this may frustrate others who do follow protocol but that is something they need to talk and resolve amongst employees at a staff meeting. I called and confirmed that my items were there. I stopped by to pick my items up while I’m my way to another place and now my items are gone. Someone acknowledged that they were left behind but failed to date them. Which leaves me paying the price or dealing with the consequences of those employees who don’t care to do their job. I gave 2 stars for the cashier and Managers excellent way of handling my issue. That is what you call customer service at it’s finest!!

Haven't been to the Thrift store in alone time. Stoped buy and found the things that i needed too. It was blue tag 1/2 price day today. I did found a nice blouse shaw too. And everyone was very nice and happy and helpful too. When i got to the register this nice young man gave me 20% off my clothing too. I'm definitely coming back. Thanks for keeping the store clean and organized. And hiring hard working employees too. ??

I used love this Goodwill but the last couple times I’ve went I had a bad experience. Yesterday the manger Jeremy has no clue what he was talking about. An item in the furniture department was pink tagged which should have been 50% off but it wouldn’t ring up. He told me if it’s too good to be true then more than likely it was. What kind of answer is that? I was just at the goodwill on 35th and Southern and bought a $40 bike that had a pink tag and so I got it for $1.00. Managers should know there own policy’s. As much money as Goodwill is making you would think they would invest in training for their managers or maybe they do and Jeremy just didn’t pay attention.
