An individual wrongfully illegally donated ALL of my belongings to this location. By the time I found out what happened and gone to the location I was told my things were already processed and on the floor. I had also contacted corporate about this. Whom started out with if the store does not give you your things back then call back. Well they did not. They got put back. I called again got told the same thing again was told loss prevention was going to get involved. Told them the day exact vehicle that dropped off as we as the description of the person. Went back had to look for my things all over again. Not only to not find half of what i had the 1st time but to find an entire new pile of my things that had come out to sales floor. So i was lied too because all my things were NOT on the sales floor. So now I have the most wonderful human working there Priscilla made sure my things would not be put back on the floor again. As well as if it was up to her id give 10 stars however she is the only reason this place got even 1 star. So Yet another call to corporate but this time a very curt and almost rude sort of attitude is what i received. Basically telling me to speak to store manager. Its up to him. I spoke to store manager whom basically did everything but call me a liar out right. Then i said well i have proof of the items belonging to me. I have pictures of probably almost everything i own. So he said hed call me back was i willing to attend a metting with loss prevention managers the DM etc and bring in my proof. I said of course. He called me back a few hours later. Only to tell me they were not going to have a meeting and that the only way i could get any of my property was to purchase it back. It did not matter that I could show proof of ownership. This is the most sickening thing Ive ever seen done. This place has so much donated to them what in the world are my possessions that got donated illegally going to hurt them to give back??? They get more than that stolen in a day. I have until 11 am 10/3/2024 to purchase my own belongings back. This is absurd. I would NEVER EVER so much as give a penny or a sock to this company. I will make sure I tell every single news station. I am going to put out what they have done on every single platform as well as tell every siungle person I know or encounter. I will NEVER SUPPORT THIS PLACE AGAIN. You had the power to give me back a small portion of what was tobbed from me and you supported the thief disregarding any concrete evidence proving it to be my property. You refused to even look at it. Shame upon all of those involved in that choice. Priscilla was the ONLY employee who went above and beyond to try to help me!!!

The lady in the cashier on 7-21-24 at 8:30PM. It was a white lady with blue eyes, she has a very rude attitude even rolled her eyes at me when I was standing in line waiting patiently then when it was my turn she rolled her eyes at me again and even threw her hands down cause I was returning clothes without no recipient. I already knew I was only getting $1 per item on a $95 worth of clothes bag and still was optimistic and not mad. She doesn’t have to be rude if she hates her job maybe she should find another one. I will be going to cooperate and speaking to them about this lady cause it wasn’t cool. I got only $22 from $95 worth of clothes I spent there. Least she can do is be nice say hi and not be so stuck in her attitude ways. Thanks

A light-skinned appeared to be White male with short reddish blonde ( kind of Strawberry) hair possibly a manager was in the
parking lot of this Goodwill Store and he kept staring at me with a vile look as I exited the vehicle which I was driving and had barely parked in a proper parking space .
As I walked toward the store his mood and stares became more hostile .
When I reached the door to go inside of the store he blocked the door and I was told that I am not allowed in the store .
I thought he was joking as I had done absolutely norhing wrong ever to him , anyone or the store.
In fact I do not believe that I had ever been there before.
He proceeded to block the door and tell me that I know what I did and that he recognized me and my vehicle.
I still have no idea whatsoever what he was talking about and I told him that I had never been there before nor did I do anything that warranted being singled out like that and that he had the wrong person.
Even after that interaction I still ended up going inside as he had said ^ okay then" and I usually spend a lot of time and money at Goodwill but due to being treated so poorly and being stared at rudely and vilely the whole time I was there I bought only one item just to have the receipt for proof that I was there when I make a formal complaint and take possible legal action for being harassed unfairly and for no reason.
I will NEVER again make the mistake of gracing them with my presence as they are not worthy of me or my Hard working Man'
( my Husband To Be's) money.
I used to donate to other Goodwill Stores but NEVER again!
They should change the name to 'ILL WILL" which from what I experienced is a more fitting name for the treatment of their potential customers.
Their prices are also HORRIBLY OUTRAGEOUS just from the little bit of items that I saw and their store is unclean, employeas lack courtesy, friendliness and professionalism are rude and obnoxious and should NEVER be allowed to work around people EVER!
SHAME ON YOU FOR TREATING ME THIS WAY WITHOUT MERIT OR REASON!

This store is a joke! Don't shop here! 2/3 of the items sold here are way overpriced & the other 1/3 costs more than the item would cost brand new. As if that's not bad enough... the night manager sucks. Cashier needed a void done & the manager was busy in the break room. Waited over 10 minutes for the cashier to get the void so she could continue checking out customers. Sucked! Goodwill never was great but it's gone down to Savers level. Sad. Disappointing.

Experience is overall positive, just don’t buy anything expensive without taking it with you. A item was lost by the time I got back and no one would answer question or offer a solution. Corp. was zero help, just said the store is short of a manager and doing the best they can. All talk of a refund was met with, “you will have to resolve that with the store”All I got was a lesson learned, there was no accountability. Any item over a certain amount should be secured in some way when they accept payment, and agree to hold it till you get back.
