This location constantly has problems with online orders reflecting the stock of goods. Orders are cancellled several minutes after having been placed. The night staff is so unfriendly that my wife refuses to go there. They need to fix these problems. How about a free $10 credit each time an order gets cancelled? That would fix that problem.

Store attendant was really rude when I asked if I could use the restroom in a pinch. I even offered to buy something if that's an issue. Never going here again.

Cleanest 7/11 I've been to in the area, well maintained and nice cashier. All the handles on the Slurpee dispensers are clean. Will definitely return.

Kumar and crew are great, except Win, who needs to be a bit more friendly towards customers.

Don’t do any order pickups at this location unless you want to be scammed. I placed my order and not even 4 minutes later it said picked up?? When I tried calling the man was stuttering and hung up on me twice. I’ve opened up a case against the location and will keep checking back with corporate. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Terrible experience

This guy "win" "wyn" or whatever is nuts. He locks all the beverage cabinets at night because he's afraid of "thieves". Meanwhile the working class folks in the beautiful neighborhood have to ask for their own preferred beverage behind locked doors. Man has PTSD.. my empathy but no way to run a 7-eleven.. he has made me feel like a criminal too many times and he can barely speak English.. I will take my nice salary somewhere else and you should too neighbors :)

So the couple (husband and wife?) that usually work this store are pleasant and professional. However, yesterday evening, a couple friends and I walked the quarter mile from my home to visit this location. I have never seen the man who was behind the counter before (middle-aged Asian male). He was SO completely rude! He was absolutely STARING at my (African American) friend who was standing behind me while I was trying to check out. The clerk was not listening to me at all, despite the 3 times I told him what I needed from behind the counter. Nope, didn't try to get it. Just intently stares at my friend- he even has to cock his head so he can see around me while actively ignoring me. Annoyed and flustered, I finally exclaimed "WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT?!", while turning around to look at my friend. The clerk says "cheese". Huh?? I look down, and yes, my friend does have a string cheese in his hand. My first thought was DUH! He is standing behind me IN LINE. Did the clerk think maybe, just maybe, he was in line to buy this cheese? My friend just shook his head and headed over to put the cheese back, while the clerk finally turned his attention back to me. To say he was unpleasant was an understatement. It was humiliating and unnecessary. My friend is a man is in his 60's, wearing a polo shirt and khakis for Pete's sake. The rest of the transaction was just as rude and awkward as you'd expect. As my friend said, that is not the job for him. I hope I never see this guy again or I'm going to cross the street on over to Chevron.
