They will not honor the apps offers. Its not my fault their system doesnt work. Im deleting the app and not shopping at 711 all over a free coffee they sent! Hire clerks who have better people skills as well.

My elderly dad dropped or left his arm card in the machine we know it our fault I call repeatedly to ask if any one found a card no answer I finally drive there because my father is in a panic I ask the clerk by the way nobody was in store no reason not to answer phone the clerk responds I'm not checking come back tomorrow I'm sorry fraud is a serious risk rn all I'm asking if there was a debit card turn in doesn't take much to look and the way I was treat and talked to was for a reason I'm sure anyone that goes here knows how they are in there but it's sad when all I did was ask a simple question but I guess since I'm American they don't want to talk to me like I have a disease.

To customers and 7-Eleven store owners, Yash, the gentleman who is here most nights has excellent customer service, integrity, empathy, and a slew of characteristics that should be recognized if they aren't already! I was overcharged on my debit card and I showed them the proof they are still refusing to give me my money back it has been five business days and then they scream and yell at me when I come back in there to ask about my money so now I have my attorneys involved and now it's going to cost them way more money when I'm done My attorney is also putting a lien on the business until that I am fully paid plus my attorney fees and court cost All this could of been avoided crazy thing is they don't even know IAM a multi millionaire jokes on them now I got to take them to court stay far away from this place there doing shady business there also report to business bureau

Excellent store, service and quality. The only thing missing is Mexican Chips, Mexican drinks and a little more Parrot brand products. Everything else was good!

Shady workers here. Did have 2 good working employees that were kicked out and replaced with 2 brothers that barely there anymore and always trained new people who would stay very little.
