Terrible service - Clerk couldn't be bothered to even look at or acknowledge me when I'd asked for a bag for my purchase. His casual phone call was far more important.

I was excited that they had jarito's orange soda in their soda fountain. For some reason one of the guys lied to me and said that they were no longer going to have it anymore but in reality he just didn't feel like filling up the machine. So even though my son and I regularly went there to buy it, he just lied to us so that he didn't have be bothered with us coming. So I feel like I was an incredibly devalued customer. It was all totally unnecessary. Maybe it was because I'm black and he just doesn't care. I don't know. Maybe racism anyway sucked

The cashier who runs this store is so so rude. Always yelling instead of talking at a normal indoor tone, acts like customers are a burden and refuses to double bag anything like he has to pay for each bag himself. Such a douche..

Just moved in the neighborhood and took my daughter to get an ice cream. this 711 will not have my business after today very rude unwelcoming cashier. I’m pretty sure he’s the owners spoiled son or something on his phone with blue tooth head piece not paying attention or greeting customers. I asked for two separate bags because my daughter and I were walking he put everything in one bag and I asked again. He shooed his hand and as I was going to ask him again for two separate bags he rudely turned his back, dismissed me and kept talking in his phone. I’ll walk to QT and give them my business now this is disgusting treatment to customers and I pray the owner sees this and talks to this guy. I really wanted to leave everything and not buy anything but I have more respect than this man. I will never ever go to this 711 and I will let my family and friends know about this horrible experience

Always a problem at this location 😞 if it's not the smell inside the store they don't accept debit or they don't have the coupon item that's on sale in the app I've always had a problem every single time I come into the store. In addition they've been advertising hot fresh food at this location coming soon for several several months now almost a year and I've had a coupon for pizza that I can't order?

This store needs to have new management or get closed down. There are always people using drugs in the parking lot and they aren't asking for valid ID when selling alcohol. This store is a danger to the area.

Yeah I tried to get a couple dollars in change all in silver dimes and nickels and he wouldn't accept it $3 and change and he would not accept it I'll never go there again

Clerk insists 7/11 is the only business in today's day and age that cannot split s payment across two cards. Further, they have a nasty habit of double charging you for items or charging you more than the shelf says the item costs, assuming they even bother to label a price.
